Had our yearly maintenance done today on our A/C. As always, very pleased with the service from Kearney and Sons. Our technician Mr. Newingham did a great job and was very thorough.

Late last year, Kearney installed a new HVAC system and yesterday they came to do a system check. The two service techs were professional, quick, and helpful with setting up my Nest thermostat which I had neglected to do earlier.
Ian Wise & Walt Shattuck are certainly two reasons why we are long term Kearney customers.

Patrick and Steve showed up at 7:45 AM and left at 4:45 PM, job complete. Our 12 year old York 3-ton HVAC system for our upstairs had quit working so we chose Kearney and Sons to replace it with a brand new Rudd 2-ton system. Came to find that the 3-ton York system was oversized to begin with, which caused shorter more frequent cycle times which of course over time results in more wear and tear. My wife and I stayed home while they were here so we could help in case they needed anything. They were very courteous and professional. If I had to I would choose them again. Four thumbs up!

The technician Walt was very Professional and courteous. He did a very thorough job cleaning both units. He also provided some tips to maximize the efficiency of the unit.

Had them come out to do an inspection on my unit, they discovered an issue from installation, my unit was several years old when I bought my house. Gave me an honest assessment and quote, then came back out, installed the part and my unit is running great!

Our heat went out on a Thursday morning, they were the only able to respond that day. Our old heat pump was in too bad of shape to repair, so they gave us a great deal on a new system. The installers were very friendly and worked efficiently. Great company, highly recommend.

Walt performed our HVAC Maintenance today. He was great, arrived on time, performed the maintenance, kept the space clean, and left it cleaner than when he arrived. Upon completion, Walt provided us with a couple of recommendations for current use and future actions. Additionally, he gave a detailed description of service performed, which I appreciate.
