We have been customers of Kearney & Sons for years. We had tried a few different companies before finding them, but found Kearney to be the most reliable. Our technician John is particularly good— we always request him because he is so methodical and explains things so well. He works efficiently and precisely. We feel that we can trust him and his advice, and it feels very comfortable having him in our house. He is also good about COVID precautions, which we very much appreciate as we have at-risk family members. Jackie who schedules the appointments is very friendly as well, and always makes sure to call the day before to remind us of the appointment. This is a great company, and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for maintenance and repair.
Walt, the technician, was very professional and courteous. He shared pertinent information and knowledge about our unit which may need replacement soon. We appreciate the forewarning. He always does an excellent job when servicing our heating/air conditioning systems.

It’s great that we can request the same technician for routine visits. Our service technician, Harold, is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to talk to us about our aging but good working ! equipment. We are very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a heating and air conditioning service.
Harold was a book of knowledge when discussing how our a/c unit operates. He was very thorough while checking our a/c system. Highly recommend Kearney & Sons! And on a side note, Jackie is always so pleasant to speak too when scheduling appointments!!

Jackie Flood is possibly the best customer service representative in the history of customer service, always on point, has her stuff together and a joy to deal with.

In the nearly 20 years that we have been clients, Kearny & Sons has never failed to provide EXCELLENT service, never more so than with our most recent experience. What a GREAT team! No one ever wants to hear that their HVAC system needs to be replaced, and we were no exception. However, during semi-annual inspection, we were glad that our service tech, Walt Shattuck, showed us evidence that our old system was on it’s last leg was on it’s (very) last leg and most likely not capable of making it through the summer. Not good news, but better to find out in early spring rather than the middle of summer (or winter)! Jackie Flood, our customer service agent (who has always been part angel/part wizard in scheduling — and re-scheduling — our maintenance appointments) arranged for the Sale Manager, Roger Proffitt, to provide an appraisal the very next day. Roger, in turn, got our replacement scheduled 2 days later. The installation manager (I didn’t catch his name) arrived the day before installation to ensure measurements, etc., and to determine what items could be pre-fabricated to speed up the installation process, which demonstrated noteworthy (and much appreciated) quality assurance. The installation crew, Chuck Boegle and Ian, were complete professionals: knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. This was a TOP NOTCH team effort from start to finish. WELL DONE to all!
The best service tech is Walt Shattuck. He shows up on time, very informative of the proper maintenance up keep and efficient. You can tell that he enjoys his job and likes the company he works for. Down to earth guy and has a great personality.
