I’m so happy to have found a company that remembers what common courtesy and great customer service means. From Jackie during my first contact to Christina from my latest, your office staff have been amazing. You can see their smile through their phone voice. On my visit from Jason Leigh yesterday I also discovered that your field staff is competent and professional. But a week before my first scheduled maintenance contract visit I had an after hours emergency. Your answering service took my information and I was surprised to hear from your personnel so quickly. When Jerry arrived I was reminded of what our current country lacks, truly outstanding compassion for people who need your help. Jerry brought my faith in the good heart of people back which I had thought was lost in business transactions. He was polite, kind, and respectful. He was professional and knowledgeable. I have a whole dictionary of adverbs to describe how great my experience with Jerry was. The adverbs don’t really explain how I feel about your people but I do know that I would be happy to have any of them in my home again.

Technician Harold Newingham arrived promptly, wearing a mask. He inspected our heating system, replaced air filters, and described clearly what he had done in his report. He has a pleasant disposition, easy to talk to, a credit to your business. The picture is from his last visit after being congratulated on a job well done.

We have a two year old new unit and have not had any issues; just recently signed up for their maintenance plan. It’s priced fairly and thoroughly detailed.

The tech, Harold, came out to perform the first maintenance. He was prompt, very friendly, and communicative. I felt comfortable with him in our home and he explained well all he was going to do during the service.

Mike and Steve replaced our old system and crawlspace ducts. They were on time each morning, exceptionally polite, professional and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up all of the work areas each day and finished the work a full day ahead of schedule. The performance of our new system is amazing. Apparently many of our existing ducts were damaged ard/or disconnected; several had mice nests. They removed it all and installed new ducts and a new, super efficient system. We now have heat coming out of every register and every corner of our house is warm. All in all a great experience.

They were here RIGHT on time, they didn’t make you wait around for them like most companies hoping they show up. Ian, Charles, and Chuck were amazing and very friendly. I trust them in my home and I value their service. They made sure to be as swift as they could but still provide quality installation! They even shut the gate for the dogs after they left. 1000/10 I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I've been in this residence for over 20yrs and never had an issue with any of the techs. Walt early on was great and very knowledgeable in this area. Now first time here, Harold Newingham took things to a new level. Told me about who he is before moving to his assignment. I thought this was great communication, especially these days knowing each other, tech vs owner, means they take pride in their job and should transpire to pride in their work. Harold was great through the process and gave me comfort knowing he is taking care of the system and everything about it. I am more than satisfied with today's process. Thank you K&S but most importantly thank you Harold.

I have been using Kearney & Sons for 15 years and they never disappoint. This time, I had a unit that wasn’t cooling and Walt was able to come for a service call within 24 hours. The service technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything and telling me what the charge will be up front. I highly recommend Kearney & Sons.

Walt Shattuck is an incredible representative of Kearney & Sons. He arrived early and worked diligently to problem solve a very complicated situation with an old tankless water heater thermostat problem that has plagued us for over two years. Fantastic service. I highly recommend this company and this service technician. Thank you, Walt!

I had my heating, AC and water heater replaced because of old age. Technicians Mike and Chuck were very professional, kind and did an amazing job! My old systems weren't installed very well, but Mike and Chuck re-engineered things and the new systems couldn't look and run better! I would recommend this company for your installation needs.

Had a 20 year old and a 16 year old system replaced. Chuck and Ian did an amazing job. Took less time than what was expected. Guys were thorough, meticulous, and cleaned up all the old system and then cleaned a little extra . Both Install tech were very pleasant and easy to work with. The investment was better than expected.
Estimator didn't take up a lot of our time and the site supervisor was just as efficient.
