Had our semi-annual HVAC maintenance and cleaning. Harold Newingham called before he came, arrived on time, and performed all maintenance actions. He gave me a complete report, showing me pictures of possible future failure points, and we discussed the likelihood of future work. No sales tactics at all--it was like talking with a neighbor. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Installers were on time and professional and they left everything nice and clean when they left. They installed a new furnace and hvac system in about 7 hours. House is nice and cold now. Great team.

My AC went out a few months ago. My insurance company sent out an inspector that said that I needed a new compressor, contactor, and capacitor that would cost me over $1000. I called Kearney & Sons on Wednesday and they set up an appointment for that Friday. The technician John showed up right on time and was very professional. He checked the system and told me only the contactor was bad. He replaced it on the spot and my system was up and running within 30 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service! They saved me almost $800! I will be using Kearney & Sons for any HVAC repair from now on.

Harold came today and installed an air scrubber bulb. Last week he did the servicing on the system. Great job and always polite and friendly. Kearney and Sons get A+ and so does Harold. Thank you!
