Harold came over to service both of my A/C units. He took his time in explaining everything he was going to do. I appreciated that he took his time and didn't rush on the job. He was professional, knowledgeable and a very nice guy to top it off. We have had Kearney & Sons, Inc. put in HVAC systems in two separate homes, and they always gave us the best value, system and financing options after getting many estimates. We have been very happy with them.

Walt Shattuck has been our service technician for over 20 years.

First time using Kearney who installed this unit on our new home. Asked the technician several questions about the unit having only ever dealt with indoor units. Tech answered all my questions and service made me confident that it was a very good choice to go with Kearney and Sons. Set up for the annual maintenance contract which is a good deal. When i called to make an appointment, Kristina was so and was very helpful, she got me scheduled quick and answered all of my question. The repair technicians exhibited great customer service. (I think their names were Pat and Ethan.) They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered my questions about the system without hesitation. They also were respectful of the property. They cleaned up all debris from the installation. Most importantly, the new air conditioning system is working very well.

Great service! Jerry a technician was in and out in about an hour. AC was broken overnight and I had the sweats! The next day they called me and came by the house in a matter of hours. Now my house is actually colder than it has been is years!

Whenever our technician Jerry comes out he is very professional and on time. He does good work and makes sure if we have any questions he will answer them for us. I would recommend Kearney & sons to anyone!!

Did a good job checking and cleaning system. Also let me know any concerns as system is 18 years old. Had a problem setting up the appointment but was reassured by office manager that it was unusual. I have dealt with Kearney and Sons for a lot of years an am very satisfied with their work.
