I selected Atlantic based on reviews three years ago and have always been very pleased with their service. My service call was scheduled for tomorrow however, they were able to fit me in today. Mark was my technician and he was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and had my AC back up in no time. I appreciate your business and your customer service.

Had to get our water heater replaced on short notice. They did an amazing job. Went flawlessly

After our HVAC system went bad for the second time in a year from an existing company. I called Atlantic for a quote on installing an entire new system. The quote was very competitive with top quality systems. They were able to fit us in quickly as we have a young child in the house. They arrived promptly, respected our home and, knocked it out efficiently cleaning up after themselves when complete. We will definitely be utilizing services in the future.

After miscommunication about what exactly a free estimate we received an apology. It was appreciated. So our A/C unit was pretty old and we could have did a quick fix for about 800 bucks but we decide to just replace everything. They worked fast and professionally. We were contacted by the owner multiple times to make sure everything was fine or if we needed any questions answered. Very great service and we appreciate their hard work. They also do Military discounts so that was nice too. I have the names written down at home, I'll update my review with names later.

Fast response. Team that came out explained what they were doing and let me hover over to watch and ask questions- all while petting my dog :)

Atlantic Plumbing recommended Just Plumbing to my fiance to light her hot water heater because they were weeks out before a tech could come out. The person from Just Plumbing was more interested in trying to sell her a new hot water heater than to light the one in place. Nothing was wrong with the hot water heater but needing cleaning and it fired right up. The same maintenance that Atlantic Plumbing did when they came out to light the furnace. In the meantime he is still trying to push a new water heater sale. The water heater in place had no signs of leaking when I looked at it but now all of sudden it Is leaking now after he touches it. I have been dealing with trades all my life and I know some of the dirty low down things they will do to get a dollar. Especially when dealing with a female. It makes me wonder about two things. "All I know is what goes around comes around ". He still will not get one red cent of the $2000.00 that he quoted for a new water heater and if another plumber finds out that something was done intentionally. Then there will be something done about it.

My mistake, I meant Just Plumbing not Jeff Plumbing. Another plumber has come out with a estimate of .5 the price of Just Plumbing. I have asked him to see if any damage was caused by human error or other.

My water heater sprung a leak. Called APHAC and they installed my new water heater in 2.5 hours complete with haul away of the old unit. The technician also answered my questions about my plumbing needs. I am a satisfied customer. I will recommend APHAC to my friends and family

I want to give a HUGE thank you to the staff (Tom, Allen, Jennifer and Jordan) just to name a few. They were such a big help when I called about my A/C unit not working. I ended up having to get a new unit and they were very prompt with getting one ordered for and installed within a matter of days. I will definitely be using this company for now on.

We've been with Atlantic for over 15 years, and they've never let us down. Our technician Shawn is awesome - friendly, courteous, and professional. The receptionist, Jennifer, always keeps us updated on everything - technician arrival time, yearly service reminders, etc. She listens closely and is very caring. We are extremely happy with everything they've done for us over the years. Highly recommended!
