Called at 730pm, on a Friday night, for emergency service. Never recieved a call back after talking to the operator 3 separate times over the course of 3 hours, waiting for a tech to call me.
EDIT: this was last weekend, Friday, November 11th, 2022. I ended up driving to Hampton to resolve the issue myself.

Called and arranged an inspection of HVAC system in June, they said they would get back to me in a few days, which turned to a couple of weeks, I decided to wait it out as I wasn’t in much of a hurry, bumped into their technician doing a job in parents in law’s house and he said, there was a delay and I will get the quote by the end of the week. As I’m writing this review, it’s now been almost 3 months since that first visit. I don’t really think they want business, and for someone who came highly recommended to me, this has been an utter disappointment, they haven’t reached out to me once!

We called this company out to give us an estimate on two plumbing jobs we needed done. 1. To be connected to city sewer and 2 to fix a vent issues in our two back bathrooms. I explained what i needed done before I made the appointment. They didn't tell me that I needed to have the city mark where the tap was before they would give an estimate. Even though we basically we knew where it was. I Made an appointment which they did show up to. But then we didn't hear from them. I called a week and a half later. The guy on the phone was very rude and told me he can't give us an estimate until the city mark where the tap was. I told him ok it has been mark and asked when were they going to send someone out. He told me they would call me. A week later thinking maybe they got busy i called again. The lady on the phone had no idea what I was talking about said the owner is out doing estimates and would call me that day. Did that happen nope, I even waited a extra day before I called back. Once I did the lady said the owner is the only person you can talk to. She said she did give him the message and would text him that morning to call me. I still didn't hear from them. I am done trying to give this company my understanding and my business.

The hottest days of summer, my AC went out. I had used a company on 3 different occasions for the same AC problem with no avail. I contacted Atlantic Plumbing Heating and AC Inc after searching online and reading reviews.
The company worked with my busy schedule and arrived on time. Shawn is very knowledgeable, friendly and arrived promptly. He provided excellent service at a great price.

AC went out at our rental property and after getting blown off by the home warranty company technicians that kept canceling appointments for over 2 weeks and finally came out to "diagnose and still require another appointment to repair" the issue and rather than the 8th bandaid, decided to replace the whole system. Initially almost went with the company home warranty sent out, but after little research, I couldn't find many reviews on that company, and the ones I did were not good, not to mention they were not accredited with the BBB. So I decided to get a quote with Atlantic. I definitely paid more, but I got items that were not going be replaced by the other company and a unit appropriate for the house. After making the call to Atlantic, I was quickly connected with Tom the owner and had nothing but professional and expeditious service. I live out of state and feel very comfortable with choosing Atlantic for replacing my HVAC, knowing they stand behind their quality. Its only been 1 day, tenant says system is working great. So there is definitely time to pass to see overall, but even then I still feel great knowing Atlantic will be there to stand behind the products. They also did my hot water heater in like 2016. I will continue to reach out to Atlantic For my plumbing and HVAC issues.

Had them clean my furnace and see about an estimate on other repairs I needed to my hvac system. After 2 weeks they finally got me an estimate which was not itemized. And I haven't heard from them again even though I've called multiple times with no response, they said they would mark my request as "urgent" I still got nothing. Going to go with another company that is actually willing to help me.

Great customer service!! The owner gave me free troubleshooting advice over the phone about my water heater (not enough hot water) and helped me determine the issue. I purchased the replacement part online and Atlantic installed it at a fair price. Plenty of hot water now. Highly recommended!!

I had my furnace serviced. Fortunately, it only needed some routine maintenance. The technician arrived within the 2 hour window that I was given and completed the service in a timely manor. He was professional and answered all my questions. Their customer service reps are very polite and responsive. I was happy to hear that the diagnostic fee would be rolled into the service charge. I would definitely recommend Atlantic.

Highly recommend. Wonderful company. I've used them over the years. They came when they said. Easy to schedule an appointment on a day I was available. Each employee I had the pleasure of dealing with was very respectful and friendly. I will absolutely use them again.

My wife and I have used Atlantic for plumbing issues (2 separate visits now), and today we had them come out for an issue with our air conditioner.
We have a 5 month old baby, and a 3 year old, so we were super impressed when they were able to come out quickly to fix our a/c.
For today’s visit, our tech was Mark and he did an amazing job. He was professional, polite, and he put on shoe covers over his shoes when inside our home. Mark also communicated clearly (in terms that I could understand) what was wrong, and what he did to fix our a/c unit.
Between all the visits, Atlantic has done an incredible job. We can’t say enough good things about their techs, and the owner behind the company, Tom Hartman. As long as we live in the area, we will always use Atlantic. If you’re looking for an air conditioning, heating, or plumbing company that you can trust, and that will do an amazing job… don’t hesitate at all, just call Atlantic.
