My technician, Harold Newingham. Was prompt and thorough in performing my six-month system maintenance. He also took the time to discuss issues he found that compromise the system performance: clear weeds around the system, make sure lawn service doesn’t spray grass into the unit, and since we have cats, to make sure we change our filter every three months. All common sense issues that I’ve never thought of before. I appreciated the personal advice from him. He is a great representation of what a great company Kearney and Sons has been over the many years our family has used them.

Roger got us set up and gave us a great value on the unit. Chuck and Ian did a great and timely job installing the unit even on a 97 degree day. The technician, Mr Newingham, was prompt and very thorough. I have had this unit for 5 years and this was the best checkup yet, although they have always been good at their job. I would recommend Kearney & Sons to anyone needing a new unit or just service. I don’t have to remember that it’s time for them to come service my unit because they contact me to set an appointment. As a widow I feel safer with them taking care of my heating and air conditioning needs.

Frustrated with the service recieved today. When scheduling the service we informed them that our oil tank vent had snapped off. Then this guy comes out here, walks around the house for no more than 3 minutes, says "yeah the vent is snapped... can't do anything about it.... btw here is a $100 bill for me coming out"

Update: These guys are great. I have them doing a maintenance program for my primary residence and my rental. Excellent service. Harold is an A1 technician and is very knowledgeable. Customer relations is great as well. Jackie is always nice.
