The technician arrived on time and completed the replacement of my a/c unit in a timely manner. The other technician also adjusted my thermostat to a programmable mode in case I want to use that in the future, and also explained the settings. I am satisfied with the work they performed.

Technician, Jason Leigh was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what he was doing. He was very professional and thorough. We will continue our maintenance contract for yet another year with Kearny and Sons.

Walt Shattuck has been our service technician since our house was built 20 years ago. He is extremely professional and always lets us know how all systems are operating and when we need to get ready to replace or maintain the systems. As for Jackie Flood, she always is pleasant when we talk. Always understanding what the need is.

Harold came today to start us up with our maintenance agreement and spring system check. He was on time, extremely professional and friendly, and thoroughly explained both the service plan and the work he was performing and the state of our system. I have been dealing with Kearney& Sons for over 15 years with my air conditioning heating unit. Walt Shattuck is my service technician and has performed my maintenance service ans well as installed a new heat pump when I needed it and he always does an excellent job. I waited for him to come back from vacation one year because he is trustworthy and I didn’t want anyone else.

My Service Technician,Walt Shattuck, was a massive help repairing my second floor HVAC unit during the summer of 2022, and kept my family warm before Christmas of 2022 when the heat pump defrost was not working. He is very professional, and has always gone the extra mile during his service appointments at my home.

Harold called before he came and was right on time. He introduced himself before coming into the house and was extremely courteous and professional. Upon walking up to the unit he was able to immediately diagnose the problem with an educated guess, which turned out to be correct after testing. (Bad capacitor.) He checked all parts of the system even after being confident he had fixed the problem, and he explained everything as he went. He also confirmed the age of my unit and told me what to expect in the future. He also informed me about a maintenance plan that they offer. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Ian & Chuck were great in the install f our new HVAC system. They worked hard during a long day with a complex install. New HVAC installed within a week.
