With this last cold snap we just had in VA our old heating and ac unit just couldn’t keep up . On Christmas it was so bad that the day after we had to call and get the ball rolling to get a new one installed.
We ordered our unit on Dec 26th and it was installed less than 10 days!!!

Should consider changing their name to “All Great”. Everyone I dealt with was great. Needed a new furnace and air conditioner after 18 years. Had many questions and options that Becky patiently answered and priced out for me. End result a cost effective solution at a great price. Everyone who worked at the house treated it with respect. Grant and Zack the installation team were hard workers who went above and beyond. Grant was able to explain the new high tech thermostat in straight forward English and we love the new options and energy use data the thermostat provides. Bennett will be my go to heating and air conditioning company in the future.

I recently had a package unit that was constantly getting a high limit fault every 5 mins or so. I have been working with Bennett Air since 2008 so I decided to give them a call. First, Brandon came out to diagnose the problem and found the issue within 10 minutes. He stated it was an airflow issue because the unit's return was blocked due to faulty ductwork. Then Steve came out to assess the price to repair which was very reasonable. Then the two techs Joey and Drew came to move the unit 6 inches out, replace the whip, add 6 inches to the gas line, re-routed the thermostat wire, replace the return duct going into the house from the unit, and rebuild the doghouse. I tell you they were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They skillfully answered my questions and walked me step by step as to what they were doing! The final product was flawless. I was highly impressed, and I think this has been the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend Bennett Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs!!!

We needed to replace our Package A/C and Gas heating system in our new home in the Wythe section of Hampton and had had a good experience with the Trane system in our former home. Fortunately, Bennett Air Conditioning is the authorized Trane dealer for the Hampton area. I say fortunately, because their customer service, responsiveness, and pricing was outstanding. Specifically, we most appreciated Steve's professionalism in assessing and determining the best solutions for us. He responded quickly to texts, phone call messages and emails. Steve also determined that we had several holes in the ductwork in the crawlspace under our home and he personally repaired them. The installation of the new system was performed as scheduled by Steve and his extremely competent and professional team, Grant and Storm. After installing the new Trane package system Grant ran tests and checked temperatures and air pressures at each vent in the house to ensure optimal performance. Steve's follow-up, a week after installation, was also best practice in ensuring that we, as customers, were satisfied with the new system and service received. I highly recommend Bennett Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Bennett HVAC. If I could give 6 stars I would. Brandon came out and expertly diagnosed my 30-year old gas furnace and even showed me a way to nurse it along until my new system was ready. Steve came and specced out the new dual-fuel system. And Grant and Zack installed it. Every one of these gentlemen were experts at their craft, they were all very nice and upbeat, and made the installation a breeze. I love my new system! Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

They came and talked me through the issues with no problem so I’d understand in a future incident. Super nice and professional and liked my dogs!
