I had a great experience with Comfort Technology! From the first phone call, to scheduling an estimate, to the completion of the job, everything was great! Lee (the owner) came over to give me an estimate to replace my condenser and air handler. Later the same day, I received a proposal. The price was really reasonable. They scheduled the job within a week. They showed up on time the day work started. I was very impressed with Corey and his crew. They completed the job in one day. They were very professional and respectful to the property. Cory was very knowledgeable in his trade. They cleaned up after the job was done, like nothing happened. I am very satisfied with Comfort Technology the work they did. I will be using them for future work. Thanks, the Beals

I highly recommend anyone who’s having issues with their heating and cooling to reach out to Comfort Technology. My experience with them has been amazing. The past couple of times I had issues with my cooling they’ve sent a technician name Bill. Bill was very professional and took the time to listen and explain the problem with my unit. They didn’t try to sell me a new unit like some of the other companies I’ve experienced. They were really there to fix the problem without all the unnecessary cost. I am very grateful to have found a genuine company who cares about your comfort. I highly recommend Comfort Technology for any issues you may encounter with your central unit.

If I could give them zero stars I would….. information is not correctly stated when calling them to come out for an estimate. Even though the website says the company offers free estimates !!! make sure who ever you talk to on the phone knows you want an estimate and not a diagnostic . Because they will switch it around and say it was a diagnostic that they came out for instead of a free estimate . They are a small company and is out for every little cent they can get . So I paid them their little 89$ and won’t ever be calling back for nothing I don’t care if they were the last HVAC company on earth they wouldn’t get not one one cent ever from me ! … and the manger needs to learn how to be more informative!! Up front when you call about your unit and tell the future customer about all fees and leave nothing hidden ( such as cancellation, no show fees ) etc .

Scott Smith from Comfort Technology was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was there there to find out why my AC wasn’t cooling the house. Through our conversations Scott discovered I had homeowners warranty and he suggested that I let them fix the AC because the cost would be close to $800! I hadn’t even thought about filing a claim with my homeowners warranty company but now I will. Scott temporarily fixed the AC and got it cooling and my bill with Comfort Technology was less than $100.
