Our experience with Comfort Technology Inc was EXCELLENT! Excellent customer service and Excellent craftsmanship. We got our estimate on Monday with Lee and the work was completed two days later. Our technician Danny did a fantastic job, is VERY knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work/craftsmanship. He is very professional and cleaned thoroughly after the job was completed. He removed the gas logs and capped and sealed the line so we can now burn wood 🤗 yay

They are an honest company who is NOT going to price gouge you, They stand behind their work and I am so glad that I went through them for my install. Same day service to determine problem with upstairs HVAC unit!! From office staff to field technicians and install crew - professional, knowledgeable people! Pleasure doing business with a company that understands the needs of their customers. Discussed options for repairing a 17 year old system or replacing with high efficiency Daikin Fit Heatpump system. We opted for the new system and are extremely pleased with the decision. Comfort Tech blew my mind with their professional service installing a new gas line and gas logs in my home. They sent 4 men on a rainy day to do the job, and I expected my house to be a mess by the time they were done. But they went above and beyond to make sure anything they soiled was cleaned up. They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. The other bids I got for the job, were all over 3 times higher!! From their Customer Service Reps on the phone, to the estimator, to their work crew, they exhibited the height of professionalism at all times. Corey, Tony, Brock and Drake make a great team!! Repair Tech Scott was on time, knowledge and friendly. Everyone at Comfort Technology always knows how to schedule our appointments around our work schedule and is always super friendly. They also go the extra mile when repairing and doing maintenance on our HVAC system. I never feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need and they are truly a family business that is there to help take care of me like family too!

Aiden was professional, proficient, and very understanding in putting up with my adopted dog who barks obnoxiously. Great HVAC company that I trust after having been shafted by others in the area. Highly recommended.
