I am a property owner who lives many states away from Hampton Roads. My tenants reported that the A/C needed work, and Comfort Technology was on the spot during the hot Virginia summer months! CT worked with me over the phone, was reasonable in its cost assessment of the issues with the A/C, and made the repairs immediately. They made billing a breeze where the entire transaction did not have to involve them at all. Great job Comfort Technology...highly recommend!

Several people referred me to Comfort Technology. My AC was blowing, but it wasn't cooling. They were able to send Bill Howes & Dylan out the same day, just a few hours after I called. They quickly found that the outside unit wasn't running. It only took them 10 or 15 mins to replace 2 fuses. Bill was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable & a pleasure to do business with! Everyone I spoke with so far have been great! The cost was very reasonable and Bill even offered me the annual service agreement which discounted the repairs & waived the diagnostic fee. I'm so thankful to my friends who referred me to Comfort Technology! I also have an estimate scheduled for next week to check out another issue with the duct work in the attic. I highly recommend Comfort Technology!

We have been loyal customers of Comfort Technology for quite some time. Today one of their A/C specialists - Jacob - performed our annual spring maintenance check. He was excellent. Respectful of our home, answered many of my questions, and thoroughly explained everything he completed on our 2 units. Our usual service (every 6 months/heat checks) are completed by Scott and are also excellent. I highly recommend Comfort Technology!

Absolutely a wonderful company! Our Technician, Lee, was amazing and very knowledgeable. We had a diagnostic performed for a suspected leak and faulty connection. He gave us the facts and ultimately I decided the best course of action was to replace the entire unit. We will have an entire new system installed within the next 24 hours. I highly recommend this company and I will post an updated status on our new system installation.

The tech I had today was very professional and honest . They don’t try to rip you off and they respect your house
