I had a new heat pump installed 2-14-22 and I have nothing but praise for the 2 Tech that did the instillation. They were very knowledgeable, and friendly. The owner came out to give me my estimate, after he was done, he sat in his truck and talked with me telling me how he got started, fishing, military and working his way to owning his own bussiness. After he left I sat on my porch and had a smoke and thought about how he made me feel comfortable, his attitude was just great. After my smoke I went into the house and told the wife no matter what I'm going with them!!. Sure hope when it comes time to get a service call that he is as friendly as the 2 gentelmen who installed the unit and the owner Lee was.

I highly recommend Comfort Technology. I bought an older home in a historic district. After I moved in I realized my radiators were in bad shape and pipes in need of major repairs. Have areas on wood floors that are ruined due to the damage of leaking radiators. We were living with using a few ceramic heaters in a couple of rooms as we work on our fixer upper. The owner Lee and Scott came to my home and after going through the whole house took the time to discuss the best options for me. I am so glad I choose to get a brand new Rheem System. I did get a few estimates and I don't regret choosing Comfort Technology. Prices were very affordable and I did a lot of research on companies before deciding. They were here on time daily and cleaned up daily before heading out. All 3 guys that installed my heating and air were great. Very nice, answered any questions I had. Corey the supervisor was great. They also removed all the broken and old radiators that were in the house. I can't say enough nice things about Comfort Technology. Also if you have to call the office for any reason the office personnel are also friendly and helpful. Comfort Technology will be my go to for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Called with issues on our tankless hot water heater and this was the only company that answered the phone consistently. Technician went to the property and took the circuit boards out of the system and left saying he needed parts. I called each day for a week to find out the status of finding the parts with no updates just that they were trying. After the second week, I requested the price for a new tankless unit (got the estimate 2 days later) and was scheduled to put it in the following week. My tenants were without hot water for close to 3 weeks - a major inconvenience. The company was great doing the job but the communication after the tech left the first time left a lot to be desired.
Billing was no issue as within one hour of completion, I had a bill emailed to me for prompt payment.

Lee was the technician that came out and he did an amazing job. He was early, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Comfort Technology. Great folks there!

Scott and Jacob was very Professional and listen to all the problems and immediately research and discovered the root cause of the issue. Comfort Technology Technicians have always provided excellent service and support. Response time was awesome to include very friendly.

My husband Dan said dealing with Comfort Technology was like dealing with family, from the Owner/Estimator Lee to the technicians Danny and Chris who installed the unit. When he met Lee, they shared prior military experiences...Danny and Chris were knowledgeable and answered all of his questions, the entire team was responsive and communicated throughout. The AC/Heating gas pack including installation was a great deal! We are very satisfied and will recommend Comfort Technology when asked.

We received a referral for Comfort Technology Inc. when we became aware that our air conditioning unit needed to be replaced because the parts were no longer available to repair it.
We called, set up a day and time for an estimate with Lee Chapman. He arrived on time, gave us an estimate and left a pamphlet with the information about the unit.
After a discussion, we decided to choose this company for the installation.
When I called to confirm that we were ready, the office manager, Becky, was very helpful by reviewing everything on the estimate to assure us of the services we would receive.
On the day of the installation, the technicians arrived on time and did an excellent job in the replacement of the outside unit and the indoor coil. The areas were left clean and they asked if we had any questions.
I would certainly recommend this company for your air conditioner services.

Comfort Technologies is the only company we use to perform our HVAC services. Their office staff is professional and prompt, and turn around time is exemplary, they're always on time, and perform amazing service at a great price. We've used them for everything from installing full units to regular routine maintenance and inspections on our properties. Would highly recommend!

Comfort Technology was only the second company I contacted about getting an estimate on a new HVAC system put in. For everyone who have gone through the process of getting a new HVAC system knows it can be very stressful. I didn't want to have people coming in and out my home. The first company simply told me the old unit was done and I needing to get a new one and send someone out the next day to do a estimate. I was tempted to just go with them because I didn't want to be bothered with having someone else come out. First off Lee was completely different from the first person he called ahead and told me he could come soon but there was no rush. He was polite and even put cover on his shoes before coming in my house. He didn't just give me a estimate in 5 minutes, he actually took the time and asked me what I needed and work a estimate to my needs. Becky was extremely helpful and work with me on getting financial. I had an appointment set for the following week. They contact me ahead of their arrive and was incredibly understanding at the fact I had a dog who wouldn't stop barking at them. They was in and out in about 5 hours and clean up afterwards.
