It was as if no one was in my house. The day of the install there was steady rain all day but no one complained. I bought them some pizza. I think we all should treat good workers well!

Scott was prompt, friendly, and professional. He quickly installed my thermostat and serviced my system, fully explaining how to use it since I had never used a heat pump before.

We just had a new HVAC installed and the entire team at Comfort Technology was great to work with. Lee answered all of our questions and Corey and crew were very professional.

So, they installed my AC unit four years ago, and the refrigerant leaked out and I was charged $419.00 for them to add 3lbs of refrigerant, which should not have leaked out to begin with. Might as well have called someone else to come out who did not install the unit. I just feel like it’s an installation issue and I should have got break on the service which took literally 15 minutes total time.

Jacob chapman did a wonderful diagnostic job on my AC system. He is a courteous knowledgable technician who gives professional advice. I am glad that he checked out the AC unit.
