Danny and Chris arrived promptly on both days (dual HVAC/Furnace installs) with a plan to remove the old units and install the new ones. They were very friendly and courteous throughout. They always answered my questions and cleaned up each day. The entire process, from receiving my quote/estimate to installation was easy, professional, and we could not have asked for anything more. We will highly recommend Comfort Technology to anyone!

They were absolutely great! So professional, and very kind. They spent the time to educate us on how to use our system. We had 3 quotes they were the lowest by $400. They were on time and out in just 5 hours. I realized when we were learning how to use the new system that the other companies were simply trying to sell us additional products we did not need. After a nightmare quote from another company (RS Andrews) Lee came to my rescue with honesty and a price that worked with my budget. They were fast to respond and schedule installation. The team installing was on time, efficient, and SO quiet. I was able to be very productive teleworking while they were working in my backyard and attic. We had a gas line installed, to replace our electric stove. The company worked with our schedule, and their customer service was amazing! Technicians arrived as scheduled, and was outstanding! They will be our first call for any future projects!! We'll Done!!!

On April 14th of this year we had a new HVAC System installed by Comfort Technology Inc. Lee, prior to installation, came out to give us quote and tell us about the Company. There was absolutely no pressure. We decided to go with Comfort Technology because of their presentation, price and years of experience in the business. The installers showed up on time. They were very polite and went to great lengths to keep everything as neat & clean as possible. We were very impressed and happy with everything.

Superb service. Technicians Corey and Drake came in and were quick and efficient at their job. Had my old equipment out in no time and had started reinstalling new equipment by lunch time. Job completed and running by 4 this afternoon. Cleaned up after themselves. Overall performance of company and its people is outstanding.

The after hours call service was very polite and followed through to ensure that the main office at Comfort Technology Inc. called me to schedule an appointment prior to 9am the following morning. The Technician was prompt at 10:30am the same day and took care of the problem. Really appreciate the professional, quality service.

I had my complete heat pump system replaced by Comfort Technology Heating and Air Conditioning and could not be more pleased. The entire crew including owners Lee and Becky Chapman, the office staff, and installers Corey and Ty are all very knowledgeable, proficient, and some of the friendliest and nicest people I have ever dealt with. I'm the type of person who expects things to be done right the first time and I was not disappointed. I truly appreciate everyone that helped me, and I would highly recommend Comfort Technology to anyone needing HVAC services.

Really great job installing a 5 branch mini-split in an old home with lots of quirks to it. Had some technical challenges with a ducted unit in my attic (not typically used in a old home retrofit) but Lee and his team were super responsive, thorough, and kept me in the loop every step of the process while working out the solution with the manufacturer. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
