Very professional experience starting with quoting process and follow on installation. No high pressure sales job to upgrade and were very thorough in answering all questions. Very satisfied with scheduling arrangement for the installation. Installation technicians sent an email advising they were on the way and arrived right on time. Work was completed on time and they did a thorough clean up and disposal of old equipment. Would highly recommend this company.

Scheduled a thermostat repair and Scott came out at 12:25pm (window was 1230 - 2:20) he was able to quickly repair some broken display wires and I asked and found out about joinin their maintenance plan for routine preventatives maintenence.

I recently had the tech Jacob out at my house and he is the best guy to have and all the techs are super knowledgeable in this field never had a bad tech.

Jacob was really nice, very professional and on time. He explained what was wrong with the ac and ordered the part for it. We are waiting for the part to come in so it can be replaced.

Scott Smith arrived on time and put shoe covers on before coming inside. He maintained social distancing as I showed him the HVAC units (time of Covid). As a first-time HVAC maintenance, I followed him around and asked lots of questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I subscribed to the annual maintenance plan because of it's value. In my case, two regular visits a year are $320 and the plan is $350. An extra $30 for labor and diagnostic savings will be saved in a single unplanned visit.

Update 5/27/2021: Second visit for routine maintenance. Technician didn't know if my units drew makeup air from the outside. I pointed to the makeup air duct on the inlet side of my attic unit, and when he saw that it went to the outside of my house he said it must be drawing air from outside. As he was about to leave the unit, he noticed writing on the duct connector that said 'filter'. He opened it and found a very old torn up filter with dirt caked in the filter fibers. He didn't have a 10 x 10 filter in his truck so he moved on to checking other things. After he left, it occurred to me that my downstairs unit might also have a makeup air duct. Sure enough it did, and there was a similar panel. I opened it and found another 10 x 10 filter caked with dirt. It is frustrating that an HVAC technician isn't familiar with the general concept of makeup air and that units might have these ducts. It is inexcusable that checking the makeup air filter isn't part of the maintenance plan. Seems like a basic checklist would solve this. I changed from 5 stars to 2 stars.

We had a great experience with Comfort Technology. They were able to get us an appointment quickly, and Scott was on time, friendly, professional, and thorough. The pricing was fair and we feel confident that he did a great job. We will be using Comfort Technology again in the future.

Comfort technology was fast and very professional when they arrived to service my hvac system. They knew the problem within minutes and fixed the issue just as fast. Before they entered the home they placed plastic covers on their feet to insure that no dirt or moisture tracked in from outside. They are very friendly and it is obvious that the employees care about their service. I highly recommend.
