HCEC Group LLC

This company was through a warranty company. They agreed to come on April 19th 2017 between 9:00-12:00. I rearranged my schedule to be at home for their arrival. They did not call or come. I called them and they initially said that I did not have an appointment but when challenged, they admitted they had moved my appointment to Saturday April 22nd. They never called me or emailed me to tell me they had changed the day. Now it's Saturday April 22nd. They again did not call or show up. When I tried calling them someone picked up the phone and then hung up. When I called back I got their answering machine. So I called the warranty company and they are getting another repair company. From what I have read here, this type service from this company is nothing new. I recommend that NO ONE use HCEC Group LLC for anything. If I could give them a "0" rating, I would.
