Antoine came out last November or December as my furnace would not come on. Right off he noticed there was a loose wiring connection. Some might have just used it as a way to sell an expensive job, but Antoine was honest... thus was averted what most owners hate...a high HVAC repair bill.

Replaced hot water heater. Did a good job. Arial times were under estimated, took much longer to get to my than stated on the phone. All in all the installers were friendly and efficient and the price was fair.

We used through our home warranty company. As stated in many other reviews the staff is horrible and unprofessional, they do not return calls. They used a process of elimination for our a/c problem. We finally gave up and called another company because they wanted the ductible with each visit even though the problem was never fixed.

HCEC Group AC techs Nate and Tray did a great job replacing the AC unit. They were courteous, professional, and got the job finished on time. They even wore shoe covers to keep dirt outside. The AC work well.

While driving along the highway earlier today a technician in his company vehicle was driving too slowly and was starring at his phone for at least a couple of miles. Not only unsafe driving too slow but he was also endangering other drivers as well as himself. Completely unprofessional and he seemed to not care to look at the road.

Technicians were wonderful- office staff was horrible. They don't return calls. They give incorrect time frames. Be prepared to have to call them to follow up and for the techs to show up 3 hours late and not be notified from the office that they are behind.

Steer clear of this company. I've had 4 no shows on appointments. I've had to call them every time and track down the tech. They've used every excuse in the book as to why they didn't come out as scheduled. Each time they are apologetic, say they'll let the manager know followed by another no-show.

Bad, bad, bad company. Appear to be out of business. Premises all locked up at 9:30am on Jan 22nd. Do not answer the phone. Removed AND DID NOT REPLACE heat strips from my heat pump and it will now cost me $700 to have another company put new ones in! I would give them ZERO stars if possible.

Absolute worst! Came to my home, made diagnosis, neglected to send info to home warranty company, once the home warranty company finally got them on the phone Antwain said he didnt have model or serial number, but it was clearly on the copy of the diagnosis he sent me - LAZINESS! Never ever use this company.

Prompt, professional and courteous. Their technician was able to diagnose my broken air conditioner and have it repaired within a day. Highly recommend!
