Incompetent emplyees and very rude customer service. Quoted a high price to repair, instead of replacing. Then after 3 visits to repair the same leaky toilet, they now want to charge additional money for work that was shady.

Antwain and Mike are excellent. They were professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Plus their pricing is the best I have come across. They put the client first. I truly appreciate the work performed and would recommend them to anyone.

HCEC did an excellent job replacing our water heater. They came in to get the job done on Sunday also.

Horrible experience. They were sent by the home warranty company and it took them 6 days to even submit the diagnosis to the home warranty company while we were left here dealing with this heat. Took me to make repeated calls just to get them to send the diagnosis.

Antoine installed new duct work under our house, he completed it very fast and was very helpful. Will call hcec group stain because of him!

the poorest company i ever delt with man came to house i had no heat and said he did not know very much about oil heat systems but diagnosed the problem was a nozzle and needed a filter took 13 days to get approval to fix thur house warranty program after approved they said cost would be almost 700 dollars i canceled and could not afford too get heat repaired just seams like a lot for two items costing less then 20 this company and staff is way out off line as far as i’m concerned and not really interested in solving the problem

This company is a SCAM of a company. They are liars and will scam you out of your hard earned money. Look up their articles on wavy tv if you want to see for yourself.

Um since yall won't answer my phone call... When will I get my check that I'm owed from last June and also my W-2's? Ive been calling for weeks now.
