These people were wonderful from LaKasha who worked tirelessly to get me financing, and the friendly service also from Tasha in the office and the outstanding service from John and Ocutt (I should asked him how to spell his name) who worked non stop to replace my old outdated unit. These gentlemen were friendly, courteous, professional and hard working. I highly recommend this company.

P.S. I neglected to thank Antione, also of the same caliber, that came out and recommended a replacement when so many other companies would just come out and clean and charge it knowing it should have been replaced.

HCEC did a fantastic job. Jeff and Randy surveyed the job and got right to work. They replaced a faulty valve within 45 minutes and the pricing was great. I found I have another faulty valve and I will schedule the job with them and request that Jeff and Randy do the work. Two fine young men. They do HCEC proud!

DO NOT EVER HIRE HCEC GROUP!!!!!! The Keystone Cops were in town. The team was comprised of the incompetent buffoons at HCEC Group and the leadership at First American Home Warranty (FAHW). I was without a functioning HVAC system for 31 days; me a 100% disabled veteran with one lung. HCEC Group is quick to point their finger at FAHW who, in turn, is quick to point their finger at HCEC Group. Here's what I know-- Antwain (the owner at HCEC Group, lied to me twice, has absolutely no customer service skills, is quick to beat his chest and announce how he is going to do things (when his employees are around or engaged in a conference call) but fails miserably at execution, and can not pick up the phone to tell the customer when there are changes (I lost count of how many times they changed the plan). His company failed to submit the original estimate within prescribed (48 hours) timelines to FAHW, and will never show up at the front-end of their scheduled arrival windows (they always show up at the end of the window or call you at the end of the window to tell you they have to reschedule). They also will damage your property and leave the work area a disaster....they actually damaged finished wall surfaces and ground rust and metal debris into my epoxy garage floor. The technicians were bolting for their truck when I stopped them to ask about cleanup. Their response, "Well. I guess we could probably clean it up"...obviously from that response it was never their intent to clean up the area. Oh....and the piece de resistance was the demand for payment for non-covered items before work had started which is the company policy. This gives the customer ZERO LEVERAGE to make them take care of the customer's property and to clean up. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is very unreliable. They contacted me on Aug 8th through home advisor. I schedule for them to come out Aug 9th from 9 am to 1pm. Took off work to wait on them. They never showed up. Rescheduled for the 10th from 2pm to 6pm so I wouldn't have to miss work again. They never showed again. At 6pm I called and texted them with no reply. Finally a little after a 8 PM they called and said they were on there way. Showed up at 8:30 and scheduled for them to come today Monday the 13th to clean my inside and outside unit. Was suppose to come between 11am and 3pm. Took another day off work and they never showed. I called at 3 and they said they would talk to the owner and call me back. At 6pm still no call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Had hvac system installed less than a year ago. Will not cool home. Had appointment between 8-12. No call no show. Will have to pay a different company to come out and fix their mess. Extremely unprofessional.

Cant begin to Express how happy iam with this company. My HVAC went out late at night,next morning I called all around nobody would come out with it being a Friday. This company told me they would be out between 4 and 7,I said that was fine. It was past 7 and nobody I contacted them and they assured me someone was coming they were behind. I understood things happen. Finally at 9 Antwain showed up,once I told him what was going on he knew exactly what was wrong and within 20 mins my HVAC was running again. He was so nice and explained everything to me. I will deff be calling them for future work.

I told the estimator my problem and he told me that I need a new AC and ducting. So I had it replaced and it works the same as my older one. Then I turn on my heat and there is no hot air blowing. These guys really don’t know what their doing and they don’t have any troubleshooting skills. I would not recommend them fix anything for free. They got paid for the incomplete job.

This company is terrible to work with. The ductwork in my home was entirely replaced but not connected correctly. Half of my house is like a sauna. At this point I can't get a return call, but they are paid in full. I would not recommend this company.

This is by far the worst company ever my husband and I was assigned this company for them to come out a fix our a/c that went out and I am currently 8 months pregnant with an house the is over 80 degrees and outside temperatures at almost 90. We called to get an appointment and they told us what when it was never asked if that worked with us at all. The actual day of the appointment the technician called and wanted to reschedule because of the rain and when I looked outside It was not raining and hadn’t rained at all in my area he was very rude on the phone and said well it’s raining where I’m at and if it starts to rain over there I will not be coming back and when he finally showed up he was even more rude I showed him where the a/c unit was he looked at it for less than 5 min said what was wrong told never gave us any paper work stating what was wrong and expected payment he couldn’t even give us a follow up appointment to get it fixed when the part came in my husband and I then explained to him that we have never paid for service before getting any paperwork and a follow up appointment he then stormed out of the house without saying anything. If I could give them zero stars I would.
