the technicians were very professional and were explaining what was being check and they provided detail explanation about what they were doing why they were doing a complete service for our AC/Heating system and suggestions on what we could do to save on our heating bill for the upcoming winter. The technicians represented Cutting Edge total Comfort like the true professionals that they are.

Anthony is an excellent worker, very diligent and enthusiastic. We were pleased with the services and we would highly recommend him.

Cutting Edge shows that they actually care about the customer. My tech wasknowledgeable and spent the time showing me what was wrong. The office staff were polite and helpful. I used to use a warranty company but now just use them.

Cutting Edge was the contractor American Home Shield sent out to inspect our HVAC when it stopped working. The Tech gave me a 4 hour window and then was still late arriving. He took the system apart and diagnosed a leaking coil and then left without re-assembling the system. The Cutting Edge front office took 10 days to file their information with American Home Shield even though I called every other day asking about the status. The front office continuously tried to sell me on a whole new system, but I still had to call 3 times to get the quote. Cutting Edge is difficult to work with, unprofessional, and tries to price gauge you. I have filed a complaint with American Home Shield and advise to stay away from this company.

Lee & the guys that came to work on our heat were polite, professional & did a great job. They explained everything & called us with updates on parts. We’re very pleased & grateful for the great service.

The tech BJ was awesome friendly and knowledgeable. He offered services to help maintain the lifespan of my hvac system.

I used them through AHS Warranty. Cutting Edge came a day earlier than scheduled and diagnosed the issue(burned out blower motor) within 5 minutes. They had it replaced and back up and running in 30 minutes. Gene and his assistant(didn't get your name sir) totally impressed me. They both have us this and knowledge for the future. THANKS!

We have AHS and every/any time we need heating or AC repair we always request Cutting Edge! They contact us within 24/48 hrs and we are scheduled with a technician in a timely manner. This time we had the pleasure of having Tony - he came to assess and back to install the parts- we now have heat! My husband said he was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!
