Terry, the 1st associate we dealt with, knew what was needed and put us in touch with the right person at Cutting Edge. They were able to come out to our home quickly, gave a very fair quote, showed up on time, and did the work perfectly! I appreciate Anthony and Kris for their patience answering all of our questions and clearly explained what the issues were and what they would do to correct the problems. Kudos to the Cutting Edge team for going above and beyond what we expected!

Our heating system had gone out right as Norfolk hit another cold snap. Becca and the folks at Cutting Edge Total Comfort were on time and quickly made the repair. It was excellent service and we are happy to say that we have a warm house again.

These people are awesome. After several contractors came out and weren't able to find anything wrong, a Cutting Edge Total Comfort came out. Brandon was here 10 minutes and discovered the control board was bad. The part was ordered and Rebecca came to install. While here she also discovered only 1 of 2 burners were operating properly. She took care of that as well. Now we have plenty of heat. Crystal in customer service was awesome as well. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. This company comes highly recommended.

I respect this company for correcting an internal error within 4 hours. I requested two units for a preseason check, but only one was completed within an hour after the technician left. I received a call stating their error and an expectation for a technician to arrive in a couple of hours. All of this occurred while I was at work. I was glad to see such high quality and customer service. P.S. Thank you, BV, for handling the error after your working hours.
