Tremendous service and support. I contacted the office to schedule a trouble call. The scheduler was accommodating, provided the earliest possible time slot her schedule would allow and promised to reach out if any cancellations occurred. I received a call the following morning that an earlier appointment was available. On the day the service call was scheduled I received a text 30 minutes prior to the technician’s arrival advising me that Glenn was on his way. Glenn has provided service at our address and every time he is prompt, courteous and reliable. He set straight to work, diagnosed our problem and implemented the repair immediately. Thanks Simmons!!

No AC upstairs on a Friday evening before a very important family visit. Simmons (Kevin Douglas) came through in a big way and we were up and running about two hours after I realized it which was about 6 PM. Very happy I am a Simmons customer today. Thanks!

Had them come out to service mini splits after another company I was not satisfied with came. Fortunately Simmons was 1000x better. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, just did a great job overall. Didn't charge me to just show up but instead waiting until the job is actually done.

Simmons installed a mini-split unit at my shop. The crew was outstanding, installation was very professionally, fully explained its operation and I am very happy to have had Simmons handle this job from start to finish.
