Jason (technician) was very experienced and professional. High recommend this company for future heating problems.

We have been using Simmons for years. Glen their technical has been servicing and maintaining our units off and on for 14 years. He even remembers when my kids were little. He feels like family. Simmons has always been very fair and honest. My system is old and needs a replacement. I knew it was coming but I really appreciated the honesty and options that I was presented today. Thank you Simmons for being a company that has been honest and truly values my business whether it is big or small. Also, Glen is a stellar employee!

We had our entire HVAC system and ductwork replaced recently by Simmons. Dealt primarily with Jason Allegood. Exceptionally professional in demeanor, never got a “salesman” vibe. The way Jason and his colleagues planned our install showed expertise(old norfolk home with lots of unknowns) and the execution supported this. The team was respectful of us during the install (never had to ask about shoes off inside, care to tape up vents during the rip out, courteous workers,etc).

They were more expensive than the competition, but in retrospect well worth the difference in cost.

To Simmons reading this: you should be very proud of your crew. Very happy with the process and final outcome.

Professional friendly and on time technician that clearly went to source of the problem. Clear explanations and did not try to sell me other products or upgrade system. Nice to have the problem identified without being sold on something not needed. These people serviced the ac in this house 30 years ago.. Their sticker was still on the heat pump.

Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Glen came to our house both times to diagnose our issue. Professional, quick and communicated with us the entire time. Looking at old system we wanted to know iur options. We had Hugh (Salesman) came out to quote us a possible new air handler.... instead making an assessment that a new pump vice the entire system might do the trick. He was correct and saved us thousands. I can't speak highly enough about the guys and the service. Simmons has my highest possible recommendation.

This is the second time I have used Simmons heating and cooling. Thankfully both times we have had Glen Pope come to service and diagnosis our issues. Glen is down to earth and explains the problem and gives you usually a few possible solutions to choose from. He also provides pictures of all the issues.

I am posting today to share my most recent interaction with Simmons Heating and Cooling service representative (9/21/21). Mr. Kevin Douglas was my service representative for my annual cleaning service. He was on time, courteous, professional, and forthright. His engagement from start to finish was the most pleasant experience I have had to date with any company. You could tell that he really loved his job.

As someone whom you may only interact with on a once-a-year basis, his demeanor and easy going personality are key factors on why I remain loyal customer.

Simmons Heating and Cooling have a gem of an employee working for them. As much as I don't want to lose him as a technician, I can say without reservation that this gentleman deserves a promotion and a raise commensurate with the talent and skill set that he displays.

I would 100% recommend Simmons. After having several companies come out to bid on my HVAC install, I chose Simmons b/c Hugh saw my vision immediately before I told him. My quote was recieved promptly and they went to work quickly. On installation they came out the first day and explained everything. It was a relatively long install being 2 HVACs and 2 minisplits (12 days) but they called every morning to provide an ETA. Once on site they got to work and were not at all disruptive. We work from home and have 3 dogs so we were concerned at first, but we were able to work and keep the dogs out of thier way without issue. Not only were they friendly and professional; they were super clean! I was warned of all the dust they might kick up but I seriously had to look for it lol. Everything went so smoothly, I'd hire them again and recommend them to friends. My home is now nice and cool; no more sweating. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy my home.

Simmons answered my call and sent technician Glen, who came in assessed my AC cooling issue. Not only did he fix system but he took the time to explain the causes and how to catch these things with a maintenance plan. We are now feeling a cool relief that’s to Simmons Heating and Cooling company.

Jason was very responsive regarding my problem. He diagnosed it and fixed it around 30 minutes during a busy post storm weekend. The repair was inexpensive and fit my budget. I am grateful for his help.
