My experience with Simmons Heating and Cooling started when I requested an estimate for installation of Ductless Mini Split System for my sunroom. The salesperson (Hugh) arrived on time for the scheduled visit. He listened to what I wanted and told me about what they could do for me (installation and financing).He gave me an estimate and I accepted. There was no pressure from him at all and I like that. A date was scheduled for the installation and Joe (technician) and his helper (Caleb) arrived on time. They were very professional and I was super impressed with the quality of work performed. The installation inside and out iwent above and beyond my expectations. I don't regret chosing Simmons for my project. It looks super inside and outside. They cleaned the Area when they were finished. Later the salesperson (Hugh) came and checked the work to make sure everything was done right and I was happy. So if you want good quality work, this is the business you should consider. Thanks everyone for a super Job. Don McAlister

I am leaving the review on behalf of my mom, Norma. Glen Pope and his trainee serviced my mom’s home. Her heating unit had failed on one of the coldest days, and Simmons was able to fit her into Glen’s busy schedule. She is very grateful for their professionalism and promptness and was very pleased with their work and their proposals for a solution to the heating problem.

Glen is great! So knowledgeable and does a great job at explaining any issues he finds. I’ve had a new unit installed by Simmons before and maintenance as well and they are always so great to work with! I have always been very happy with their work and I highly recommend them!

The office from this morning scheduling to calling and giving me a 30 minute window to get prepared was fantastic. This call was for my parents home. I will be using them for my own. Jason was honest and explained everything in a professional manner. It’s hot out folks- make sure you don’t complain and are appreciative of these companies that aren’t selling you a contract- they are earning your business by being honest. Simmons Heating & Cooling are absolutely the best. They not only saved our house but my life as well. The local gas company was here three times checking for gas leaks a few days before Simmons' wonderful crew and they did not detect any gas leaks because their equipment was not sensitive enough since the underneath of our house was so well ventilated. Nor did the gas company go underneath our home. I sure will always do business with them from now own.

Simmons Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations. I was having an issue with my electrical water heater. They sent a very nice man named Jason out to fix it. He was very thorough and explained every step of his diagnostic process. I will never call another company for any type of service Simmons provides. Awesome!

Update: I just had a full HVAC install and have the same sentiment as above. Everyone that was involved were super helpful and knowledgeable. Again, I'd never call another company for any service Simmons provides.

Great group of folks. The install team and the office staff were friendly and professional. The install guys did run into a problem during the install but they were up front and honest and came back the following day to finish up the job. I got three quotes prior to hiring them and they were the lowest. I am glad I did because all around it was well worth the money I spent. I highly recommend these folks.
