Simmons installed a new whole house Generac generator at our home. Jason and his team did an outstanding job. Everything from the estimate to completion of the installation was professional. The inspectors even complimented their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service.

I highly recommned Simmons Heating and Cooling. They were beyond responsive when i called them for help - were out to the house the next day, even provided a temporary replacement water heater while they were fixing/replacing mine. I feel confident that they will be just as responsive should I ever need to call them in the future. Could not speak more highly about their technical crew or their managers. They will be my go-to for heating and cooling in the future. Highly recommend you make them your go-to as well!

When our AC stopped working, we called Simmons and they came over the next day. Kevin and his assistant checked all equipment inside and outside on the roof. They let me know what was needed and the cost before proceeding. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism and the quick turnaround time.

Just had a new heater installed by Simmons. Scott and Shane were the techs doing the install and were great.. They were working in a very small space in my attic. They kept me informed on the install and how much more time was needed till completion.
I highly recommend Simmons for all you heating and cooling needs.

I can see why this company gets 5 stars. Our A/C went out on Saturday night. We "toughed it out" Sunday in 95 degree weather, and contacted Simmons early Monday morning. We got back a text message that someone would call. Lori called promptly & set the appointment. Then we received a text telling us who was coming, with picture ID, and a brief review of his experience. The service technician, (Kevin) was right on time. He was very professional, & friendly. He explained what he was doing and why. He wore his PPI and showed consideration for the customer's home. Within a short time he diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and had us up and running. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who might need their services. Thank you.

I should've called Simmons first! I contacted Simmons after having a bad experience with another company. Just a couple hours after making the call, Jason was over and had the heat running in no time. Jen, in the office, was very professional and communicative. Jason was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and made me feel at ease that he was taking the appropriate steps to get the heat fixed correctly. I highly recommend this company.

I called at 8 am and they had a tech at my house the same day. Kevin was great! He got our HVAC up and running the same day. He answered all of our questions and offered good advice on maintaining our HVAC system. I will definitely use this company again for our annual maintenance!

Super professional and amazing. I understand the weekend is always hard for service calls. I am glad they were able to squeeze me in and fix my AC. It was a quick and easy fix and I got my money's worth. I will always recommend this company now, just not on the weekends🤣.

After the two day power outage a month or so ago, I was fed up with my small emergency generator and called a couple of companies for estimates on an all-house natural gas generator. Simmons was not my first call, but they were my last call. Jason came to the house the next day, scoped out my requirements and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. His brother and the install team were terrific...on time, focused and finished the job half a day sooner than estimated. We decided to run the lines (gas and electric) internally and the install was clean and quick. Wish I had hired Simmons to do some of my other work. Great company!

After several weeks with a broken ac and a lack of contractor response from home warranty, we decided to just replace our entire HVAC system with Simmons as it was getting old anyhow. Their quality and workmanship was truly like none other. The crew was so quiet yet efficient. They worked over two days, each day cleaning up behind themselves and making sure everything was running smoothly. They always took the extra mile to include closing all my windows when the project was completed, digging out a ladder (not easy to get to ) in the garage to ensure the filter was removed in my cathedral style ceiling, and placing rugs and runners throughout anywhere they would be walking. Joe and his partner were so well mannered and professional and Jason and Alex frequented to be sure the work was going smoothly. Best of all... I will sleep cool tonight!! Thank you to all!!!! Amazing!!
