Technician came out on 3/16 to service our ac unit. Turned it on yesterday because it got hot and the air coming from the vents was extremely low, but left it on for a little in hopes that it would help cool the house.

Looked at my coils after awhile and they were starting to freeze so I shut it off. Very unfortunate the technician didn’t catch a leak or even check the lines during his visit.

After arrival he did a great job inspecting and checking both my unit inside and outside the house. He took the time to explain what he did in a manner that I could understand. Always a great experience whether servicing my HVAC or generator.

We recently had a 22KW Generac Automatic Home Standby Generator installed in our home, and could not be happier with the quality of work and professionalism of the Simmons team. We have been with Simmons for over 25 years, but in the name of due diligence we “shopped around” first. Jason conducted a very thorough initial inspection and provided the Simmons quote; then throughout the decision-making process he was always forthright and patiently answered all of our questions. In the end, Simmons was not the cheapest; but we were very confident they would be the best….and we are pleased to say we were right! The installation crew arrived on time and worked steadily to complete the job in the promised time frame. They were friendly and courteous; readily answered our questions; cleaned up after themselves; willingly helped trace some other gas lines in our crawl space; and even helped move an azalea bush they feared would be damaged by the generator’s exhaust if left in place! Overall a very positive experience and we have no qualms continuing to rely on Simmons to handle our HVAC and generator requirements and maintenance going forward.

Jason and Ryan recently installed a new air handler and condenser for my HVAC system. They arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. And they were careful in my home and cleaned up after the job was done. The Simmons staff is always a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly.

Prior to selling my condo I had a thermostat go out on the upstairs unit and called Simmons to repair/replace the unit. The Simmons mechanic (Kevin I think was his name) was on time, clean, neat, courteous and very professional as we discussed the problem. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 min. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future. And I commend Simmons for their quality work and professional staff.

Simmons is a great company! I've used them for several services including the installation of a new HVAC system. We had 3 quotes for replacing our heater and a/c, I chose Simmons for their detailed quote and extra time spent explaining the options and our best choices. Installation was quick, the crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jennifer was also a bright spot helping me schedule and arrange for financing, not to mention she replied to my initial inquiry within about 3 minutes. The whole team at Simmons was great. They immediately set-up an appointment for their technician Jason to take a look at my upstairs AC unit. Before Jason arrived they text me to inform me that he was in route and included with the text was a picture of Jason and a brief bio. Jason was on time and very professional. In addition to quickly resolving my cooling issues, he gave me some helpful tips to keep my upstairs cool in during these dog days of summer.
