We have used Simmons Heating and Cooling for about 25 years and have always found them to be honest, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, and courteous. They have installed systems and maintained systems for us. They are easy to work with and we have been quite happy with their work.

Simmons has provided quality heating services here since 1988.
There have only been 2 instances of problems in between our annual maintenance services; there were prompt responses and repairs made in both instances.
Today, Kevin exemplified this excellent level of care: he was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt, and very mindful of covid-19 precautions!
A new feature this year: a texted photo of Kevin (mask-less😊) and his relevant Simmons info that arrived shortly before he rang the doorbell.

My heat pump failed, and I had to replace my system to include all my duct work. After receiving four estimates I chose Simmons. While they were not the lowest cost provider, Hugh did an excellent job explaining exactly what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. Replacing your heating and cooling system is a big job and the installation team of Jason and Ryan are responsible for my five-star rating. They were careful, considerate, and clean throughout the installation. The only disappointment I had during the whole process was when Simmons sent another team to assist Jason and Ryan. That team was messy and even left tools and equipment on my front stairs as well as debris near the access to my crawl space. Nonetheless, going forward, Simmons will be my heating and cooling company.

Gary came to our house to do a maintenance/inspection because we are selling our house. He was very polite and respectful. He wore a mask and foot covers to make sure he did not track anything into our house. He was thorough in his inspection. I would definitely recommend this company and Gary

My husband has been using Simmons for 20+ years. We have a somewhat more complicated HVAC system and the Simmons service/install techs have always done a great job. We recently replaced one of our units. During install, this particular unit wasn't performing as it should have been for heat. The install techs worked through every situation to figure out the problem even though it took an additional day to do so. The never complained, they're always polite & professional.
Glenn is our "regular" service tech. He's always on time, thorough, courteous, efficient & solution minded.
We wouldn't consider using any other heating & cooling company!

Our a/c decided to break at 6 pm on one of the hottest weeks of the year. Luckily SIMMONS has an on call technician that was able to come to our aid as we had a young child and very pregnant woman living in the house. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and we only plan to use Simmons for our future a/c questions/concerns and upgrades.

The technician arrived as scheduled. He asked if I preferred he wear a mask and he did. He went right to work servicing the heat unit in the attic and when h finished he let me know everything looked good. When I asked him about wifi thermostat replacement, he made a recommendation and gave me an estimate for the job.
