Alex and Shane provided excellent service in the home. They were both proficient in their job, took care of not damaging anything in my home, and cleaned up after themselves. It took them 2 hours to replace my broken water heater with a new Bradford White gas heater. I will use this company again.

Tech Joe was very professional and polite. He was able to get the job done. He explained problem to us clearly. He always wiped his feet and used shoe covers and kept our floor clean on a rainy day. He showed up on time.

We have long used Simmons Heating & Cooling Inc, for our HAVC needs. Recently Simmons installed a "Generac" back-up generator. The installation and service of that system, true to past form, was great. We highly recommend Simmons for all HAVC and back-up generator installation, service and repair.

I cannot say enough about the service we received. We had been without heat for almost a month with numerous techs coming out who could not solve the problem. Simmons could schedule quickly, sent experienced techs who got the job done. We will call them immediately in the future. I recommend you do so as well!
