Anthony, Kris,& Mark was the best HVAC team i have ever encountered. Diligent & professional! They were a great team. The installation was very challenging due to the space in the attic, but they were able to get the old system out and the new system installed. They were very polite and kept me informed. My golden retriever Chloe loved them and was sorry to see them go! Great job! Bill

Kris and Anthony did a very thorough job installing my new AC system. They took time to test it through different scenarios before determining it was functioning correctly. They were professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

I had a new AC unit and heater installed, the company was very professional and great to work with. They arrived on time quickly installed the new unit cleaned up all their mess before they left. Definitely recommend anybody looking for great service. Best part about this company is a family-run business that cares for their customers.

I highly recommend cutting edge ! Brandon came to our home last week after our HVAC unit stopped working. He was very polite and professional and best of all saved us thousands of dollars !! Brandon and Anthony returned today to put in our new unit . Right before they arrived I realized they wouldn’t be able to get in our backyard because our gate was tied off and blocked with wood . It was only me and my 17 month old home when they were coming so moving the wood myself wasn’t optional . Anthony told me he had to cut the rope but that he would try to tie it when they were done, I told him not to worry about it. Not only did the gate get tied again , all the wood was put back exactly how it was. I can not express enough how great these guys are ! We will never call anyone else !

Technician was great however I had a horrible experience with customer service. The appointment time given to me was 3-8pm. I received a message at 1215pm stating the tech was on his way to my home. When I called to let staff know that I will need a little time to get home since the original time was much later I was yelled at by Christine and was told that they called me to confirm my appointment for 11-4pm and they will have to reschedule. As I explained no one called me but the email and text confirmations that I received stated 3-8pm. I asked to not reschedule just give me some time to get home. Christine again yelled at me stating she knew for a fact that Mandy called me to confirm my appointment for 11-4pm. I explained again that I never received a call. I was told to hold on the line so that she could check the phone records to prove that they called me. I was placed on hold for over 10min and she never came back to the phone. After I called office again a tech was rerouted to my home but customer service was very unprofessional!!!

This is the second time I’ve had to contact Cutting Edge. First one was for an A/C repair, second for our heat. Becca has come out both times and has continued to exceed our expectations! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but, she is kind, on time and very personable! We absolutely love doing business with her and will continue to reach out to Cutting Edge for any further services needed! Thank you for all you do Becca! Keep up all your hard work-it shows!!

I am changing my review. The day after the tech came I tried running my AC unit. It wouldn’t come on. So I called my home warranty company to get it checked. The tech who came from a new company shared that it had not been reconnected and the Freon was low.

This is my 2nd review of this company for additional work done to my HVAC duct work. Technicians BT and Adam were sent this time, they were here when they said they would be, they were very professional and explained to me the process for repairs to my duct work. My house is low to the ground but they did not complain and got right to work. They were able to get the work done and the air flow of my a/c was tested. The difference of the air flow after their repairs was significant. I appreciate BT and Adam's work and highly recommend this company.
