I want to say Special Thanks to Mandy & BJ HVAC Tech for the great work and excellent customer service. BJ came to my residence and introduce himself and explained the problem my system was having and told me what needed to be replace. He was very experienced and professional!! I will referred everyone to Cutting Edge Total Comfort. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

During a highly aggressive flu season, this company and their technicians will not wear a mask even when asked but sent their techs anyway. One would think I requested them to solve world peace or something. If you can’t respect my home/space(1 month old baby in the house) you don’t need my business.

*Edit to respond…No there were no miscommunication. Your receptionist/admin/office person opted to hear what she wanted to hear. You were told I had Asthmatic children in the house when pressed why I was requesting masking. Completely different than being sick. Had your receptionist just took a moment to listen without interrupting then she would have heard me say…This was for preventative measures. Even after she called for a second time I attempted to tell her to no avail. Completely unprofessional.

Also, please remove your billable/invoice. I received a bill after you were never supposed to come by in the first place. My warranty company was on the phone when this convo took place and immediately reassigned my claim to your competitor. .

BJ came for a tuneup was very helpful. In fact, he told me they do boilers so if I have any problems with my boiler in the future, I will be contacting cutting edge total comfort.

Kris and Anthony have done great job fixing my AC today. I am very happy with their work.

A work order was assigned to this company by my home warranty. It took them a long time to get there. And it took 2-3 days for them to submit the diagnose results to my home warranty company. The lady on the phone was very rude and aggressive all the time, always saying that she will submit everything to the warranty company next day or next hour and she will call me back but she didn't. Worst experience ever.

Anthony & Brandon from Cutting Edge were able to fix the problem on my HVAC unit in a professional and timely manner. They found that the drain pipe was clogged and replaced it with a new one.
Highly recommended!!!

Cutting Edge was absolutely outstanding in serving us! All the way from Mandy and her team communicating with the Home Warrantee Company to Kris and Anthony coming out and install our new unit. Everyone was professional and I plan on using Cutting Edge for any maintenance and repairs to be done to my AC units and system in the future. Very grateful for this company!

My technician that came out was named BJ he was the best technician ever!!! He checked for possible carbon monoxide leakage due to not having the chimney lined at all. he sealed my vents up he made sure that me and my family was very safe !!!
