I had the pleasure of working with Mandy at Cutting Edge Total Comfort. I had a PTAC heating and air wall unit that was about to vibrate itself out of the wall and was beyond noisy. Mandy was a kind professional, and she sent the best technicians to repair and replace my PTAC. She also worked with my schedule & kept me updated. After having two other companies come out, and my heat still didn't work, I called to have someone to diagnose the problem for my furnace. They sent Becca to my house and honestly, I had reservations about her ability to figure out what the other 2 guys couldn't. Ten minutes after arriving, she diagnosed the problem and had my heat working again. She is a true service technician who actually knows her trade very well. I will be asking for Becca on any on future service calls from here on out.
(If the owners are reading this, you really need to give Becca a raise, she deserves it).
