CTR Heating and Air Conditioning

CTR Heating and Air Conditioning made our family smile again today. They where fast, professional and very helpful. The prices are great as well as the service. I would recommend CTR for all of your HVAC needs.

Who comes out at 10 pm to make sure you can sleep comfortably??? Kris at CTR! That’s who. Went over and above and not only cleaned out my clogged A/C but hooked up my dryer vent and hooked up my fridge to water. Then leveled everything. Not to mention finding and cleaning out dead birds. I’ve never been treated so well!! HIGHLY recommend!!

After a competitor told me that I needed to replace both my ACs and furnaces, my wife and I thought it would be good to get a second opinion. Chris from CTR H&AC came over and after running though the list of things the other guys told me was broken, let me know that only one of the 5 were really a problem and it was typical with ACs. He then went on to say that there was no need to get 2 new systems. After a few tweaks and $300 everything was fixed and i saved $12,700!! I offered to take him out for stakes! Chris was simple and direct about what was wrong and how to fix it. I was beyond happy with the service and will use them every time from here on. I would give 10 stars if I could!

My 30 year old AC unit finally quit working and Kris was able to have it replaced within the week. Travis did a great install and we could not be happier. Thank you CTR!

Very professional, knowledgeable and gives an honest and straight assessment.
I have referred them to a property management company and they have been very pleased with their service, professionalism and have been using them for their properties for the past few years.

Originally I had posted 1 star for the tech that came to give us an estimate who was disrespectful, high strung and rude to everyone he encountered. But, after the owner read my review, he was very apologetic and I now know why he has 5 stars all around. He makes things right. I appreciate this level of customer service that the owner has. It's not his fault the employee was disrespectful. Thank you for turning things around. I appreciate it.

You need not look any further if you have any heating or air conditioning needs! These guys are awesome! Very honest and accommodating! Figured out what our A/C problem was and fixed it! If we ever have issues in the future I know who we will be calling!
