This team did a great job! They thought this would take two days and they worked very hard and got it done in one day!! They cleaned up and took away the old furnace and AC. Mike was great to make sure we knew how to work the new system, change the filter, and answer any questions we had. The price was comparable to many other companies. We are very happy with the recommendation to fit this home, the quick scheduling, communication and follow through is outstanding. We loved the; NO “Membership” gimmick or up sales pressure other companies tried. Thanks Green Line!

I discovered my water heater was leaking and we had no hot water at 7:30 on Thursday evening. Green line was at my house Friday morning and went over all of my options. I decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater. They did a great job and most importantly for me were able to finish the job the day after I called.

4 months ago my furnace died at a very inconvenient day and time on a night that was really cold and I also had extended family staying with me. After calling several places, Ben at Green Line was the only one able to help me within a reasonable time frame. He quickly provided several portable heaters to keep us comfortable. He went over some options very thoroughly with no pressure, and I decided to take the opportunity to replace my dead furnace with an upgraded high efficiency furnace. The technicians (Mike and Mike) were super nice and down to earth.
Recently the furnace had an issue and wasn't working properly, and they very quickly came back to fix it. Parts and labor were covered under the warranty and the issue was identified as a factory defect. It was refreshing how much they cared about getting it fixed for me - and so quickly at that. They are very genuine.
I would highly recommend the Green Line team.

5/4 update: Now that the weather is finally getting warm enough to need AC I noticed I was having issues with it not working properly. I called Green Line and Ben answered right away, and came out the next day. He got it fixed very quickly.

Green Line Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater and water softener in our home. Mike was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable! He was able to clean up our previous area and make it look a lot more presentable. Our little closet was jam packed with two water heaters and a big water softener, and now it is filled with a very compact, much smaller tankless water heater and water softener. Thanks so much Ben, Mike and Mike for your service, and for helping us out in a crunch! I will be telling all of our family and friends about your kind, caring service!

Ben and his team were excellent when we needed to replace our furnace and AC. Ben did an evaluation of my current system and walked me through all the different options that were available. The install was the next day with Mike and Mike - the install was quick, clean and professional. I will definitely use Greenline again for any HVAC and plumbing needs.

Great experience working with Green Line plumbing! They provided fast and quality service! I had a new furnace in less than 24 hours. Mike and Mike who did the installation were great to work with! I will definitely use them again!

Mike and Mike came out to replace my failing 40gal tank water heater with a tankless system. Upon further investigation, Mike #1 discovered that the existing ventilation system from my home's utility room would not accommodate a tankless system. They would need to do additional work, and called out the owner Ben for his opinion.

I didn't mind reworking the vents, so Ben and both Mikes searched up, down, and sideways for any viable option - even going so far as to check the ventilation to the roof. Mike #1 carefully explained the details of each option and was very straightforward about which ones he would recommend on the basis of safety. Ultimately, the safest choice risked a conflict with my HOA, so I opted for another tank heater instead.

This process was definitely an ordeal for all three gentlemen - hours of their time, and lots of climbing around. Still, they were professional throughout and made honest suggestions based on safety rather than what would make the business more money. Integrity matters. For that reason alone, I will definitely call Green Line again and recommend them to friends and family. Oh, and of course, the new water heater is working flawlessly. :o)

Ben and his team were amazing. They replaced my furnace, changed my tank water heater with a new tankless water heater in one day. They showed up on time and had everything done by the end of the day. They answered every question I had. They walked me through how to operate my new equipment before they left. Ben reached out the next day to make sure I was happy and to answer any other question I might have. I will be referring them to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

Great Communication. Although they were busy, when they new we didn’t have hot water in our home, arranged to get a plumber to install tankless water heater same day.
Definitely recommend.
