I almost never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so now because my experience with C&S was SO GREAT! Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, I called Craig that morning, and by 9am he had a technician (Scott) at our house! Scott was fantastic! He took time to thoroughly diagnose the issue (rather than going with a quick/easy assessment) to get to the root cause, and patiently explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. When he found out that the part we needed wouldn't be available for at least a week, he and Craig scrambled to find an alternative solution, and ended up helping us get a better solution at an extremely affordable price, and got it installed THAT DAY. By the end of the day our AC was running like a dream! I will be a C&S client for life!
Craig and his team provided first rate service. He took the time to explain my options in plain English and the advantages of upgrading to more efficient AC & furnace units. Everything he outlined has happened. Our house HVAC is more balanced than it has ever been and my monthly bills have gone down. I would highly recommend Comfort Control because I believe you are dealing with a fair and honest company.
Since posting this first review several years ago, I have also had Comfort Control begin servicing my 3 business locations for routine and emergency service. It's just one more thing I don't have to worry about since their team is thorough and reliable on the regular service calls, but they are also prompt if something does go wrong and we need immediate help. Comfort Control did a fantastic job for us when our air conditioner went out last summer. We had to replace our air conditioner and heater. We were very pleased with their installation and attention to detail. They were knowledgeable about their products and did not pressure us. They have been helpful with follow up questions and our transition into using the heater this winter. Their customer service is second to none.
Our central air wasn’t working well this past summer. Craig and his team determined we just needed our Freon refrigerant recharged. They were professional efficient, and by far the best priced. Fast forward to winter, my mom’s furnace went out. We knew just who to call. Again, Craig’s experienced technicians came over, quickly determined the root cause and had it resolved in no time. It’s true what they say, trust is earned and Comfort Control Inc has earned ours. We won’t go anywhere else! Thank you Craig and team!

They have done all of the work on my residences during that time, but I have had many more experiences with them with regards to my rental properties. Over that time they have handled all of the installations, service, troubleshooting, and a number of emergencies. They have done the work on all of the traditional gas furnaces in my properties as well as the radiant heat and boiler systems. I highly recommend them as a full service heating and air conditioning company.

I have little doubt that most technicians would have told me it needed to be replaced, as did one person I had called and explained the symptoms to. I take comfort having an honest and reliable company to contact the next time I have any issues with my a/c or heating systems.
Craig’s team installed my new water heater and I haven’t had to worry about hot water since. Craig knew exactly what my family needed and got it taken care of quickly and painlessly. I had 5 different bids for the job and his was easily the best! A+++ service!
I spoke with Justin on the phone within 1 hour he had a tech "Jaime" out to my house. Jaime was very professional and went right to work in finding the issue. Jaime Gave me 3 different options in a new unit because mine was 19 yrs old.
Jaime was out the next day along with Justin installing my new system. My new system look great and is cooling my house down. Jaime put down cloth tarps in my house so they would not track any dirt into my house and cleaned up their mess inside and out. I'm very pleased with their work.

He would move some wires around, flip switches on and off, and get it to run for 5 minutes then told me he fixed it and it just needed to warm up. Charged me $80. We tried to hold an open house that weekend and showed up and the furnace hadn't been working so we had to cancel the open house since it was 37 degrees in the house.
I called them and they said they could come back out that afternoon but then showed up an hour late. Then once they showed up they said it was just too dirty and that's why it wasn't running, so they cleaned it and got it running and tried to charge me full price for a visit. I told them I didn't see why I needed to pay full price since they told me it was fixed the first time when it clearly wasn't. Then while he was on the phone with his boss asking what they could do for me, the furnace stopped working again. Since I had already been there for 5 hours while they did nothing, I told them I couldn't stay any longer and would find a different company to fix it since they clearly didn't know what they were doing. They then made assurances that they would come out again and only charge me for any parts they had to replace and not charge me for their time. So we set up another appointment.
Third time they come out they decide that two parts are actually broken and need to be replaced. Since they told me I would only be charged for the parts I told them to go ahead and replace them. They replace the parts and the furnace brings the house up to temperature. Having no idea what parts cost, I agree to pay them the $400 they charge me and they leave. We try and hold another open house that weekend, we show up to do it and the house is in the 30's again. I call them and leave a message telling them I needed my money back, and I have never heard from them again. I have tried to call them three times and I never get a response.
After finding a different company, (who comes out, immediately diagnoses the problem, fixes it, and we have had zero problems since), I ask the new company how much they would charge for the 2 parts that this company replaced. They let me watch them pull up the cost in their billing system (So I know they didn't change anything), and for both parts PLUS their fee Plus their time it would have been $350. I hadn't even told them at that point how much this company had charged me, so I know they weren't just trying to make themselves look better.
Comfort Control, inc. clearly just lied to me, told me they would only make me pay for parts, but then just up-charged the parts to make me pay their normal fee and they fixed absolutely nothing. Each visit was hours long. They wasted my time, stole my money, and ignored me once I called them out on it.
These people are pretty much con-artists. Please don't give them your money.
