Terry has been my HVAC guy for about 20 years now. I have been buying, renovating, and renting properties in the Salt Lake area for over 20 years as well--and most of the subs I was using back at the beginning have either died or retired by now. Terry is one of the last men standing. :) He is old school. Doesn't have a secretary or dispatcher or multiple trucks / crews out there running up a big overhead. He can be a little hard to reach if you don't have his cell number--and he has been around so long and is so good at what he does--and priced so fairly--that he's usually pretty busy. But keep trying. It's worth the effort. He is extremely honest and very reasonably priced. Unlike just about everyone else out there, he won't try to sell you something you don't need. If he can fix it, he'll fix it. If it can't be fixed, he'll replace it. But he will let you know your options without any chicaney or b.s.

Fast, honest, and reliable! Terry is the absolute best when it comes to anything heating and air! He never price gouges and will be up front with the problem!
