Everything - from the initial walk-through to the installation - was perfect. The owner was pleasant, very knowledgeable and gave us an excellent quote. Travis, the tech, showed up on time, installed the furnace and A/C and did a spectacular job. Everything was well-installed and put together with no loose ends. Travis showed up the next day to make sure everything worked smoothly. It could not have been a better experience. Traditionally, we tend to be a little skeptical of taking the lowest bid, but this was the best decision we've made so far in renovating our home. Thank you gentlemen, for a great experience!

We have used CTR for several years for our heating system maintenance and recently, a new A/C installation. These guys were great. We called CTR for a second opinion after a different company told us our furnace was shot and we needed a new one. Peter came out and quickly and accurately diagnosed that it was just the igniter that had gone out. It was fixed within an hour for a tiny fraction of the cost. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I used CTR many years back on my own furnace and AC replacement. Kris the owner even gave me his direct cell number during that time. Since then I have taken the liberty of directly contacting him on several occasions and arranging service/replacement for a few others. Yesterday I had them replace my mother's 20 year old furnace. It's always done right and Kris is always responsive and grateful to his customers for their business and always provides a fair price. I highly recommend.

We woke up to a furnace that wasn’t working. We called and they had someone here by 9:15. The tech was great and the part that was replaced was under warranty. They were honest and professional. Definitely recommend them.
