Highly recommend this service company. Sent in a request for a quote on service at 10pm at night at they were able to come inspect and repair my AC unit before 8am the next day. The tech Jamie was friendly and professional and did a thorough job, even gave some advice on how to save money and make our system more effective. The 5/5 star ratings I see here and elsewhere are well deserved.

I found First Choice Heating and Air today online in need of some quick furnace help. Tyson took my call and quickly provided advice over the phone on how to correct the problem. I was very impressed and could tell that he was a stand up guy. My family and I are grateful to have the heat back on. Thank you for your help. It is hard to find reliable people these days. This company deffinitley does not fall into that category. Not only were they able to come help us same day, they also solved our issue quickly. While many over charge you for no reason, try ri find issues when there are none. Tyson did exactly what he said he would do and avoided charging us extra fees for no reason. We will be using them again for sure. Thank you First choice for setting high standards and being awesome!

This morning I had a different HVAC company that I won't name come by and quote a service. It seemed inappropriately high, so I told them I would get a few quotes before going further. It was evident that they were high-pressure selling. I called about 4 other companies and they were definitely less than the first, but they were very matter of fact and concerned with business. Then I called First Choice, and was lucky enough to speak with Tyson. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable considering it's a professional service being provided, but he also listened to me and took time to understand my particular situation and needs. He gave me a very competitive price and saved me over $400 on what I would have otherwise paid. But more important than the money he saved me, he cared and gave me his time and professional opinion and left me feeling that I hadn't just been taken advantage of. The cherry on top was that he followed up with me afterwards. Amazing service!! I trust this company and you can't buy trust. I've already recommended them to a few other people based on their integrity and my experience with them this morning. They will always be my first and only choice going forward.

10/10 would recommend. They forgot to return my call after I told them I wanted to hire them which initially turned me off but after many other bids and people who tried to upsell me on buying a new furnace I decided to give them another chance. SUPER glad I did Jamie is way smarter and definitely knows more than Tyson but they are both great. 100% happy with their quick work and fair prices. Thank you for not trying to swindle me.

The price was competitive, the work was completed on time, the work was of high quality and the work crew were absolute professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend First Choice.

You know what I used to work for these guys and I’ve gotta say they have room for improvement in the future as of starting my own bussiness last year I do understand the challenges that come of it. I’ll give a 3 star rating because I know for sure they have a lot of work keeping refrigerant contained, holding up to helping their service side gets epa certified which I’m sure is little. Their construction crews definitely need more training but other then that good luck to you Rob and Tyson. I forgot to mention that I highly recommend Jamie for the job he is hands down one of the best techs I’ve met

Honest HVAC repair!
First Choice was, ironically, the second company I had come to my home. The other guy told me he couldn’t repair my furnace (although he never tried) because there wasn’t enough clearance to remove the blower. Jamie at First Choice had the blower pulled out in about 5 minutes. He was patient with my ignorance about HVAC and gave me some tips on keeping things running well. I’m happy with the value I got from his visit. He saved me a fair amount of coin. Thanks Jamie!

To make a long story short I had been without heat for a week when I called First Choice after hours, amazingly I got a call back that evening. Tyson had the new furnace I wanted at a price that was fair installed and running the NEXT DAY. The team he sent knew exactly what they were doing and this was not just a simple replacement. Great attention to detail understanding and even anticipating my needs as this is not something you do every day. Turned everything into a really good experience.
