John came out and found the problem with my furnace, ordered the parts and returned the same day to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the job. He also noticed that my water heater was leaking and recommended a new one. He promptly got a hold of Paul who was the plumber and they brought in a new water heater and got it installed the same day as well. We have used I Repair for the last 2 years and they are wonderful. Thank you very much John and Paul. I won't be freezing tonight. You guys are the best.
Absolutely awful experience. This is the third water heater we’ve had replaced through them for our rental properties in the last 6 months and had been overall happy with our experience. However Peter, the tech out at our property today, was rude & incredibly condescending from the moment he called. After the service was done, the tenant called me to say there were no security straps installed on the unit. After reaching out to ask about it, their office reply per the tech was « they only install them if they’re already there, they are willing to go back for an additional $240 and that the tech did not mention installing them as to not «mess around with the price anymore». Since we asked to upgrade to a 50 gal from the 40 he quoted, it makes no sense that he wouldn’t even mention security straps.
They are also not willing to honor the coupons on their website (I suggest you take them off if you are not honoring them), nor will they match rates for return customers, which we'd understand if service was better. Disappointed in the quality of service to say the least. Waiting for a call from the owner on this but as a repeat customer we will not be returning.
Very unprofessional, threatened my wife that his brother is an attorney after installing way to small of a furnace for our house, causing huge utility bills. Never pulled permits and have had them back 3 times and payed hundreds of extra dollars on a 10,000 dollar furnace an ac set up to have them fix multiple things associated with the new install. After having to file for a permit and pay for it ourselves, which failed inspection. We are now having to pay another company another 10 grand to make it pass inspection, and provide us with the right size of equipment. Very discouraged, and very unprofessional on their part. The owner luke was very attacking, and very unapologetic about their mess up. Having two young kids, and being our first home it's very frustrating to be treated this poorly by a company just trying to take money from people. Would definitely give negative starts if possible.

My son and daughter-in-law are a young couple. They bought their first house, only to have I Repair install a heating system that's far too small for their home, causing their gas bill to skyrocket by hundreds of dollars a month. I Repair did just about everything wrong and has totally screwed them over. The owner, Luke, has been nothing but rude and threatening to them. I'm beyond disgusted with this company. It is sad to think they're probably out there doing terrible-quality work to other unsuspecting, young couples. Shame on I Repair.
I had a terrible experience with this HVAC company. They were highly unprofessional in their conduct and approach. The technicians arrived late and didn't seem to know what they were doing. They made a mess in my home and were not courteous or respectful. When I raised my concerns, they didn't show any willingness to take responsibility or make things right. I feel ripped off by their overpriced services which didn't resolve the issue and left me with the same problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This is an amazing company. They stayed late so id have heat. They went the extra mile for me. Peter and Jason are the best. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks for all your hard work.
Luke the owner arrived today and saved my family from a potential disaster. He was very honest and didn’t try to up sale me on my VERY old furnace because it was running just fine. I will definitely use this company again.
Fantastic service! John has incredible, in-depth knowledge, he’s super kind and very thorough, even doing extra things. He noticed my exhaust from my water heater had come apart and was spewing out carbon monoxide. He immediately fixed that before he Began his initial assessment of my non- working furnace.
