First Choice Heating & Air

I had another company come look at my furnace when it broke down the night before last. When they gave me an outrageous quote, I called first choice. They showed up a couple hours after I called them and gave me a very reasonable quote and then showed up this morning and installed the new unit. Fast, friendly and efficient. I'd recommend these guys to anybody

I was very happy with the professionalism Tyson showed when going over the work that needed to be accomplished. They arrived on-time, exceptional job completing work, and cleaned up after themselves. Tyson even assisted me a couple weeks later when my AC went out. He walked me through over the phone what to look for and saved my family a night of miserable summer heat.

Always on time and if delayed would call and advise new arrival time. Jamie has been to our house 3 times on two furnace issues. His diagnostic each time were correct (leaking N coil, bad bearings in fan motor and plugged air intake line) All items have been corrected with a minimum of down time. Called late at night after hours, was more than willing to come see what the issue was. Very quick response. Quick to diagnose issue. Very friendly and honest. Never felt like I was being taken advantage. They even gave me a T-Shirt! I highly recommend this company!

Great service. I needed some new duct work for a basement I was finishing and called them later than I should have and they made time to come out the next day and get it done for me. Did a great job and really helped me out. I recommend them to anyone.

Our heater was having issues so we wanted to get it looked at. They came the day we called even though they were busy. He took his time to check everything and make sure it was working well, and gave good advice/explanations. Would use again.

2 guys showed up who were friendly but very casual/almost too casual. I tried to go with it but it got uncomfortable after I had shown them the multple things I needed done and they said they'd have to send someone else out to give a bid. The whole point of them coming was to give a bid. They knew upfront I needed HVAC and plumbing work (the reason for each guy) but they could only give HVAC bid (way overpriced). They never showed me the HVAC bid, never explained it just said $8700 and that they would email to me They never emailed. I was not impressed and I certainly won't be hiring them.
