Tyson, one of the owners of First Choice, fit me right in his schedule and diagnosed the problem quickly and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. This was so helpful as I was on a very tight timeline with a remodel. When he came to install the new furnace he was on time, professional, explained how the new furnace worked so I could understand and was very tidy, cleaning up the work area perfectly. I’d recommend First Choice to everyone for all HVAC needs.

My 5 year old AC wasn't cooling and First Choice came out the same day! The tech was very friendly and knew his stuff...explaining everything in detail. I had a lot of questions since my system is pretty new (First Choice didn't install it...I didn't want to call the same guys who messed up the install). He was super patient with me, gave me all options and recommended the least expensive option and fixed it. That was the beginning of the summer. Now it's September and it's going strong. You can't go wrong with First Choice.

First Choice was awesome. I was having a problem with my furnace and Tyson was able to come right over to take a look and fix the problem. My furnace is working great and I'm so grateful to First Choice for responding fast and doing such a great job. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs!

First choice installed my new HVac in my new home. They were able to come quickly and do the job quickly. They were very respectful , professional and patient with me. I am a very picky person and felt that there work was very neat and clean I couldn't find anything I would have change. I never give reviews because I think it's a waste of time but I was so impressed with First choice I felt like they deserved it.

Called them first thing in the morning after finding out our heating system had stopped working. Initially couldn't come until the following day, but called and squeezed us into a same-day service. Within a few hours of my call, Jamie had come, fixed, and provided preventative maintainence on parts that had built up gunk and would have caused huge issues for us. And price was extremely reasonable, especially considering how quickly they were able to come out. First time using them, and won't be the last.

First Choice Heating & Air is the most honest and wonderful HVAC company on the planet! We were miserable! Our house was 85 degrees even with the AC on all day and it would come on for an hour and then stop blowing air. I first had the company Friendly Plumber heating and Air come out to do an emergency diagnostic, and the guy told me that our compressor is fried and to fix it would cost me $4000, so they told us we should just install a new AC for $5400 which would be a better deal, or replace the furnace and AC all together for the best deal of $8000 if we signed by that night. The guy at Friendly Plumber tried to get me to sign and schedule an AC install right on the spot, but I insisted on getting a second opinion. He said I would not find a better deal elsewhere.

We ended up contacting First Choice Heating & Air from a friend recommendation, and we are so happy that we did! Turns out the compressor was not broken and Tyson from First Choice Heating & Air fixed our AC and charged us appropriately for the problem and was so thorough. He worked so hard and I'm so grateful that the company is so honest and puts their customer first, unlike that other company mentioned above.

Called them this morning, got a return phone call within an hour. Tyson kept me up to date on when he would be over, and in 3 hours he was here looking at the problem. He worked at the problem persistently and tracked down 2 separate issues causing the problem which he was able to correct. Really great job! I will definitely call this company again next time I need help.

I called First Choice with an issue with my heater. They came on-time and quickly identified the issue. The service pro was able to clearly articulate the problem, was able to temporarily fix the problem (several different ways) while on-site and offered several long-term solutions. The individual who did the repair came on-time, was professional, and was very knowledgeable. First Choice went above and beyond to offer great service. Will definitely call First Choice in the future.

Tyson was very responsive and took the extra time to track down a hard-to-find part. He kept me in the loop, was always on time (or early) and saved me hundreds of dollars. I wouldn't hesitate to call First Choice again!

First Choice Heating and Air is the best. They are very friendly and professional. They show up on time and their prices are very reasonable. They did the duct work in my basement and their bid was the lowest by a significant amount. Rob and Tyson (owners) were great to work with. I've recommended them to a few friends and they've always been happy with the work. I'd recommend First Choice for any residential HVAC work.
