Method Air

I had a few different projects needed for my home. I’m getting ready for a kitchen remodel, and they came and moved a vent out of a cabinet and installed in a different place. Also resolved a low performing vent, and another vent that wasn’t giving any air flow at all. They also got a new dryer vent installed up and out through my roof. The installer was fast, and responsive to my needs, got the work done quickly and cleaned up all the mess from my insulation that fell. The estimator was also very responsive and on time. He even waited an additional 10 minutes at my house while I was driving home. Friendly and professional, great referral I was given. Definitely call them for your next hvac project.

I had some issues with my ac and asked them to come by for a tune up. They worked fast and did a great job. It turned out a part was getting toward the end of its life (which i thought would be the case as the ac is nearly 10 years old). The tech had the part on his truck and replaced it (with my permission) in 15 minutes so we didn't have a breakdown at an inconvenient time. They were also super friendly. Highly recommended!

Poor quality work, they don't stand by their work, and dishonest.

My home is fairly new and you were hired by the builder to repair a leak in the AC line while the home was under warranty. You fixed the leak but as soon as the warranty was out the line leaked again. The builder refused to help so I called you to help me fix it. Your guy came out and told me the line didn't leak, even though it had very clearly leaked, and made up several bogus reasons why there was oily substance all over your repair. He said he was going to send somebody else out to look at it and they never came. I had to spend a lot of money to hire a proper company to fix your work. Let me reiterate that your company does poor quality work, you don't stand by your work, and you are dishonest.

Scott was amazing! He was easily contacted and followed up really quick with an appointment time, same day and was actually early to the appointment. Once here he was super quick with the diagnosis and had the new part on his truck. Overall it was an awesome experience dealing with Scott & Method Air. Thank you Fred! Thank you Scott! Scott came all the way out to my home on short notice to fix my furnace. Was courteous, quick, professional, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be calling in the future if anything else pops up, and plan on bringing these guys in to finish my basement. Thank you Scott!

My gas fireplace polite light when out. I called other places and they wanted to charge over of the $200 and back out over 2 to 3 week for service call appointments. I called them and they came out that week and fix the issue. Thank you

Awesome service! When setting the appointment, the guy was super friendly and helpful on the phone and was able to schedule next day. The guy who came out to fix my fireplace was professional, informative, and very kind and respectful towards me and all my kids! :) thank you!!

Would highly recommend this business and Scott in particular. He could have easily sold me a new heater, but instead, he was honest and knowledgeable and took the time to figure out the minor problem and fixed it. Thank you Scott!

Scott was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing with his eyes closed! Had our problem fixed within minutes. I would definitely want him to work on any other issues we might have!
