Method Air

Scott was great. He explained things in a way that made sense so that I could make an educated decision based on the multiple options he provided. He will give you advice on what he would do if it were his family’s system. There was no pressure to make a decision and he was very personable. This was his third visit to our home over the past 4 years and I ask for him every time.

Scott is funny but nice guy. I had issues with my AC, he came and troubleshoot the problem with the AC unit. It didn’t take long time for Scott to find the root cause and request to replace the unit as it’s still under warranty. Thanks Scott for your quick help and much appreciated.

The technician was awesome! Very friendly and professional, and provided me with good information to understand what he was doing. I highly recommend using them for any HVAC related services or installation.

Scott was able to troubleshoot an issue that I have had for over a year. The original installers have been out many times and have not been able to troubleshoot and fix it. He had better diagnostic equipment and expertise. I am so.....indebted to his experience!! Double Scott's salary!

I can’t say enough about Scott Erickson and Method Air. They were so responsive and cost was very reasonable. My air conditioning unit went out and within a few hours they diagnosed and made the necessary repairs! We will use them for all our heating and air needs!!

This company is amazing called got an appointment within days Scott Erickson came out and on time, very professional in no time he told us our problem we need a part he ordered it on Wednesday he said it will be here in two days and Friday morning he was here installing it... thank you I'm not dying in this heat will most definitely use this company again. I would give 10 stars if I could. Scott was amazing. He came 4 times to our home to trouble shoot why our A/C was not working. This air conditioner had not worked properly for 10 years. Scott found the problem and fixed it. For the first time we woke up with a house that is cool and air flow is amazing.

Had Scott out to do a general maintainace of my two AC units. Was able to fix an issue I didn't know I had with a crimped coolant line. Several other issues were adressed. He saved me money where he could, was honest and professional. Recomend.

I've used Method for years. They installed my hvac unit when I built my house and every time I've needed service or repairs they've been on it immediately. Scott is awesome and all the techs I've used are very professional. Warentee issues are a breeze and they've even covered issues after warentee is out of date. Thanks Method.
