Method Air

Another company wanted $1700 to replace the water pump that fed my boiler. I got a second opinion from this place and the guy figured out the motor in the pump had seized. He fixed it quickly and showed me how he fixed it when I asked. He charged me 1/10 of the other company for labor and my heat was back on.

Scott did a great job. Was fast and efficient, extremely knowledgable, and honest. Method made a mistake and Scott identified it to me and corrected it and discounted the service for the inconvenience. He did not have to do those things, but that's the right way to do business. Scott and Method have earned my trust, which is worth more than a one-time fix. The AC is working better than it did before it broke, and we're very pleased with the results.

Scott was on time and fixed our unit within an hour! He had the correct parts to fix our unit immediately. He also went out of his way to explain what he was doing so I could understand everything. Would absolutely recommend and use him again!

This company was AMAZING. Darris came out within an hour or two of me calling and was so professional and respectful the entire time. Not only did he identify and fix the problem with my AC super quickly, but he took the time to educate me and answer my long list of first time homeowner questions. He was so friendly, helpful and honest! And all that for a great price. I will definitely be sticking with this company for any future issues!

Could not be happier with the service! Our AC suddenly stopped working and I was frantically calling around trying to find an appt (it’s currently in the high 90’s/100’s). Called Method Air and they were able to come out literally a few hours later! Scott was very personable and diagnosed the issue right away. He was able to get the part we needed same day as well and came back to finalize the repair. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Our fireplace wasn't working so I asked Fred Wald what could be done. Fred is easy to talk to and super knowledgeable. Within a few hours of speaking with Fred, I received a phone call to schedule the appointment. Darris Butcher was on time and super helpful. Explained to me in simple terms how the fireplace works and did a great job!

Matt did a wonderful job! He was very professional & timely. He had such a positive & friendly demeanor he made our visit very pleasant. We were having issues with our a/c not cooling the house as it should & he did a great job educating us on ways to help keep the air flowing, checking for any problems, and more. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of meeting Scott who gave us a thorough analysis of our heater after being without heat for a few days. He helped to replace the command board and a valve that was misfiring. He also checked our thermostat and filters. I was most impressed with how quickly he arrived and prioritized our needs. He worked to source the parts locally so we wouldn't be without heat another day and made sure to double check everything before he went. I was pleased with his quick and clean work, and the way that Scott presented our options for long term solutions. It's never fun to have to spend money on these types of fixes, but he made the whole experience better with his kindness and professionalism.

Scott was an absolute pro. Took on an out of the norm job for us without hesitation and when confronted with unknown challenges and issues he pressed on unfazed and did an absolutely outstanding job. When our ac stopped working we called Method Air because of a recommendation that they were the best in the area. Scott came and found our 23 year old AC was totally worn out. He helped us decide whether to repair or replace. Scott and Eli returned right on time with a new AC. They were so professional and skilled and kept us informed. They made sure it was working well, cleaned up all debris, and left us with a cool house and smiles on our faces!
