We had them come out and give us a bid on a humidifier. The tech called to let us know he was on his way and showed up about 10 minutes later. He was quick, efficient, and friendly and had an estimate sent to my e-mail within an hour. Even though we did not buy the humidifier at this time, they were very competitive and nice to deal with.

We had a problem with our A/C unit and the initial appointment went great. The technician found a problem and fixed the issue, at least we thought. Our A/C still wouldn't cool down the house and so we needed to have the tech come back. It took a bit to get another appointment and we did have some reschedules. However, it was a follow up appointment (the first appointment had no reschedules) and they communicated thoroughly with us and really tried to get us an appointment quickly. Upon returning the technician found an issue with the thermostat that was creating the issue. I don't think it would have been possible to catch the issue the first time because it only began after the AC had been on for a little while. Though a little time consuming of a fix with multiple visits we really appreciated the effort that Method Air went too in order to make sure it was correct and everything was working. I want to note that Method Air did not install the initial unit. Which is too bad because I think it would have been done right the first time. We have been really impressed with the staff and technicians. Thank you for the effort and professionalism. It was greatly appreciated.

I had an AC repair technician to my home. They told me they didn’t know how to fix my AC problem. I called several numbers before landing on Method Air. They fit me in the next day, first week of the year in the 90’s so we were hot! So great on the phone then Scott was great when he came to my home. He had the air working within 5 minutes, replaced our thermostat, made the whole thing painless and easy. Scott was great and so personable and really seemed to know everything about A/C. They are my new A/C go to!

Our main floor furnace stopped providing heat. The technician came and inspected the unit and said he had never seen such a rust condition in 16 years as a technician. The fix was a complete replacement of the furnace and ac system. The next day two technicians spent the day removing the old units and installing with new. They improved the air flow to the heat exchanger. They also installed a new location for the filter. What a difference! I don’t have to open the furnace to change the filter anymore!!!!

Very happy with the service I received and the price was very reasonable. My tech was on time and spent a lot of time in a very small crawlspace in our attic furnace and was able to determine and fix the problem right there. It was not something that is typically a common issue, so he was very thorough on finding and figuring out the problem and getting it fixed.
