I did the majority of the installation he just plugged the wires in . Was at job 10 min they charged me $150 . Called some other places after they told me it should cost no more than 50 dollars. Nothing to do better just return 100 dollars even your answer was poorly executed

Good, courteous staff. Very fast install, he was at my house less than 10 minutes....but he was 45 minutes later than he said he'd be. My appt was for 9:30, he called to say he'd be there at 9:45 but got to my house at 10:30am. I would have had a problem with the time (I had to leave for an appt at 10:40) if he wasn't so speedy. I don't know the value because it was warranty work.

The gentleman made time to come check out my air conditioner. He found a few problems and made temporary fixes so that I would not die of heat exhaustion. These are good people and they do a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Faulty installation and worse service. Owner hung up phone when reaching out for after hours service and we have a young baby at home. Very unprofessional.
Edit: To clarify your statement I was hung up on, not the other way around. Also, the appointment was cancelled as the builder felt another servicer would provide better service and they were right as this servicer fixed multiple issues stemming from the installation done by Method. This would also explain why Method is no longer installing units in our area and from our understanding lost their contract with the builder.
