Method Air

Just something to share, for what it's worth. I purchased, and had installed by Method, a Bryant AC unit for over $4,000 four years ago. It's had a problem holding the temperature level, not keeping up with the heat, for a couple years now. Home depot is offering a 25 point AC tune-up that includes measuring the refrigerant levels and checking the overall system air flow and operation for $49. Before going with them, I called Method to see if I could get them to come out and take a quick look. Even after telling them that I purchased my AC unit from them, and they installed it, and about the Home Depot $49 promotion, they still said that it would be $89 just to get someone to come take a look. Granted, they said that if anything was their fault, they would cover it, but after 4 years, will anything really be their fault? I said that at the very least, they should price-match Home Depot in this particular situation. They said that they couldn't do that. I told them I had no choice then but to go with Home Depot, for the savings and because of the principle of it. With so many HVAC companies out there, I'm not sure that I'll ever use Method again for anything.

Third time I’ve used Method Air (needed them last year as well. I can’t praise them enough. They responded quickly to my call for help. Their technician, Matt, was friendly, competent, and was the total professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed shortly thereafter at a very reasonable price.

Gas Fireplace Service. They were awesome! Very quick response time, and friendly and thorough service with great explanations! I will be looking for them to come back out for other services they provide. We can’t give a higher review!

Scott is a Rockstar!! He got my A/C up and running and even better then before. Both gentlemen that have been at my house where very professional. I feel they were very honest with the cost for the amount of work they did.

I was so happy we were referred to method air to have our fireplace fixed. They were able to come fix it much sooner than other companies. Our technician did an awesome job and it was a super fair price. Thanks for the great service. We are so happy to have a working fireplace for Christmas.

Scott and team did an amazing job swapping out my old HVAC system. I added two ecobee thermostats to the install and both systems now run considerably better than they ever have. I don’t feel like I am bleeding money now every time the system turns on. I will never use anyone but Method for my needs.

My AC unit wasn't cooling properly, so I chose this company based strictly on the reviews I read about Scott. When I called they were kind, friendly, and scheduled my service promptly. Scott came out and quickly identified the problem, provided me with different solutions, let me decide without any pressure, and then fixed the issue. The whole time he was professional and personable. You can tell he enjoys what he does, he's good at it, and he lives up to the reviews!

I had Method Air install two new AC systems in my home. Everything went well with the installation. A week later I had an issue with the thermostat and I called Method Air to come to make some adjustments. Scott responded right away and corrected the thermostat issue. What impressed me the most was when I expressed my frustration with the inconvenient way I had to access the filters、Scott went the extra mile to change parts to the filter cover to make it much more convenient for me. He did it quickly and free of charge!!　I was so grateful for his professionalism!

Darris knows his trade very well. I trust him. Method Air has had to come out 3 times to fix the poor installation done by a tech who no longer works for them. All three times Darris was the tech who came out to fix our issues. Each time Darris did the best job and helped me feel at ease with our issue. We've had a leak, AC not working....at all, and a loud jet engine noise in our ceiling. Darris is personable and professional. This most recent time, all he did was adjust our intake fins and it completely fixed the noise. He then went the extra mile and reduced the noise even further. I haven't worked with any other tech, but am so grateful Darris knew how to find and fix the issue each time. He is definitely an asset to Method Air! Thank you Darris! The secretary Cynthia is super kind and sensitive to my appt and fit me in the schedule during a time that worked perfectly for me. She responded to my message and texted me. Such a great company!

They were used by D R Horton to install our HVAC system. After issues with a crushed duct over one of the bedrooms, and the trap not removed from the dryer exhaust on the roof, are AC stopped blowing cold air this year after struggling last year. Our house was built in February 2021. It got to 91 degrees in our how with a small baby. Had a tech from another company come out to access the problem. He found the "yoga" pipe they used for the line set had leaked out all the freon and that it was supposed to be copper pipe. I called Method Air and they didn't answer. The other number I got from D R Horton for them was disconnected. I left them a message to return my call and I still haven't heard back. We couldn't wait with temperatures so high and with a baby at home, so I ended up having Any Hour Services replace the pipe with copper pipe and they did an amazing job.
