CTR Heating and Air Conditioning

I called CTR and was treated very well! I got an appointment set up to fix my AC and was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from the technician a day early saying he was nearby and had an open time slot. Within a couple of minutes he had found the issue, quickly replaced the part, and got the AC working again- all for a very competitive price! I was dreading the prospect of dropping a couple thousand or even replacing the whole unit, but for $220 and 30 minutes I have a cool house again!

I've used CTR for many years at my home and business. Kris is awesome to work with. CTR has always been there when I've needed them. Their rates are very competitive and they are very thorough. Kris has followed up with me on critical repairs to make sure they were done right and still that the unit is operating as it should. These guys are AWESOME!!!

Chris has been wonderful to work with on our heating and cooling system. We replaced our old system with a new energy efficient system just recently and we love it.

I've used CTR for over 10 yrs for a multitude of HVAC related work, starting when the owner was a solo 24/7 operator. Over the years, CTR has hired techs and I've been pleased with the continued great and HONEST service.

UPDATE: Kris just did another repair on my A/C today when it decided to take a dump... And again, he exceeds expectations. When your system fails, you think the worse. Then, CTR always comes along and diagnoses the problem easily, and repairs it for a reasonable price EVERY TIME.

CTR/Kris or any of his guys are worth the wait for scheduling. CTR is the only one I've called in the last 11 or 12 yrs for any HVAC service. I don't care if they schedule me out a ways when their busy. It's hard to find TRUSTED AND RELIABLE service.

Second time having to use CTR Heating and Air. First time was for some furnace work and this time it was for some AC work. Repairs are expensive when it comes to HVAC, but what I was quoted is what I paid. There were no hidden fees or extra charges. I can't say enough good about this company. Kris had to come out a total of three times and I was never charged for multiple visits. He is honestly the nicest guy ever! I truly appreciate him for helping to find our AC issue and getting it fixed. I'm hopeful we won't have anymore HVAC issues, but if we do, we will definitely work with them again. Best company ever!!!

A few years ago CTR installed my water heater and soft water. They did a great job! So when my A/C compressor would not start I called them. Turns out it was a simple fix, thermal switch. They could have easily made it seem like the compressor was bad,$$$
Honesty and integrity are so important these days. Highly recommend!
