CTR Heating and Air Conditioning

When I contacted CTR through their website I requested responses via text message. They were happy to accommodate. Scheduling, was fast and easy. They showed up on time and offered a great price. Will use them again!

We can't say enough positive things about this company. Our fan in our HVAC went out at 1am on a Sunday. We called first thing in the morning. They weren't the only people we called. The first company said the repair would be $1000 and wouldn't be worth the fix. The first company also quoted us a price STARTING at $19,000 to replace the whole system.

CTR was here by 10am. They gave us the option of fixing the problem for $550. They also priced out a couple of options of brands and models that would work for our setup if we were ready to replace instead. The cost was HALF of the first company. We decided to go the route of fixing the part. They got the part and had it installed by 4pm that same afternoon....on a Sunday when the part supply store was closed. They were miracle workers. We will definitely be calling them when we do replace our system. Our current system is 16 years old and will need it eventually, but we hope this fix holds us over for awhile. They were honest, fast and their prices were reasonable.

CTR was wonderful to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering all of or questions and running through different repair/replacement scenarios. We will definitely use them for our future HVAC needs.

I called on a hot Sunday afternoon because my air conditioner wasn't working right. They were prompt, didn't try to give me for things I didn't need, was very professional and helped me understand what is going on. I HIGHLY recommend and wish all businesses were like this.

Chris was great! He answered all our questions and now we are the lucky owners of an efficient AC unit in our hot bonus room upstairs. Very quick to respond to our need. I would and have recommended CTR to friends!

Excellent service. They came within hours on a holiday to repair my AC Compressor. They were honest and fixed a lower cost item instead of trying to sell me more expensive repairs like other companies in the past. I will use them again!

Our water heater was on its way out so I called CTR late on a Wednesday (5:30 pm). They scheduled service immediately and had a replacement water heater installed by 9:30 AM the next day. As a bonus they checked and replaced my furnace filter. Great company, honest and experienced professionals that always exceed expectations.

Came home from work early yesterday. The Blower motor had died in my furnace. Received a referral to CTR from someone who had replaced our water heater, called and Cameron was there in about 90 minutes! Professional and friendly. He had the replacement motor in his van and we were back in business at a very reasonable price😁. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.
